Honestly, in Civ6 if you see a nation specific special project, you have to know two things: firstly, it's not advertised/detailed because it's overpowered. Secondly, you can win the game basically by spamming only that project.
I won my second deity game with Magnificence Catherine! It was a complete tourism arms race with Rome, with full on spies stealing Trajan's great works right up until the finish line. One of my favorite games of Civ 6 I've ever played!
I woulda sent the trader from Lyon down south, just to make the road...but..that's why I love to watch this show cause I learn S-tier moves. that's not only why... memes, cartoons, jokes, the same, cool, copyright-free jazz I've come to love...

The Great Snippening! Very fun start. I'm sure this be a victory, but only because Ursa is so good at Civ and France has some good abilities - I feel like Catherine's abilities are largely irrelevant but I hope to be pleasantly surprised.
I really enjoyed playing with the court festival. I used monopolies and corporations to make sure the ai improved their luxuries and then bought AS MANY AS POSSIBLE.

If you're going for a different game with same start, this could be one of the very rare occasion that in the same city you could build +3 campus, university of Sankore, and mausoleum of Alicarnasso, and be actually really effective, cuz you wanna play heavy trading game..

Please Ursa, use linag to put down her fishing boat improvement, at least on a map with this much coast. I can not look at the video and think about what u are missing. Just shuffle her around every 10-15 turns. Sure, the amount of gold for purchasing coast tiles and buy builders (also with faith) is high, but the output later on is it every time worth it! Thats how u truly snowball. Please do it for once on a archipegalo map, not this time, but for once.
People often think this but double 1st envoy is very valuable - I always have it in because the amount of 1st meets and accidental quest completions you get in the first 100 turns by far outweighs any extra envoys you get from passive accumulation, IMO!
@@UrsaRyan Ever since I first learned about the ability I’ve always enjoyed shaving the last 20-50 turns with the ability but I like to use the monopolies bonuses with industry’s and all products they can be so good when everything stacks well but more enjoyable on big maps and hate Aztec’s AI when trying this. Can wait for the next episode 😊
why not change govt to classical republic when building the ancestral hall? you weren't building wonders at that point and surely the CR card would be better later on

How does Ursa know how much tourism generates a tourist? I can't find that kind of info inside the game...
Am I wrong in thinking the diplo card for faster envoy generation should have been in ursa's government instead of double 1st envoy?
