After wanting these for ages I’ve just treated myself to a pair. 😍 I totally agree that nice things are to be worn, no point buying designer things to put away in a cupboard. 🤷🏽♀️
Love them! everyone has them… but I still love them! Most of my GG sneaker collection is the other obscure GG sneakers models… Yes leather is tough to break in!
I have a similar edition and I wore them for two years nearly each day. I love them but I can’t wear them anymore because they are outworn. Keep track of that guys!
These sneakers always wear out at 2-3 years. They really aren't worth the price on a value to shoe scale. I buy them cause they do get noticed, but if you wear them a lot they wear out. Cost of the experience, I guess.
Thank you so much for addressing sizing in your video. That's exactly why I searched youtube for more information! Just to clarify - I'm normally a 9.5 in non-designer shoes, typically a 10 in shoes like Manolo, Prada, etc. Would you suggest ordering a 9 or a 9.5? I'm sure this is hard to guess, but I would appreciate any advice you can offer! Thank you! By the way, I also shop at Nordstrom when possible because of the policies and rewards. That being said, they have seriously changed their return policy with designer items. Though there is no official policy, they generally won't take back worn designer items even if there is a design flaw or product quality issue. I learned that the hard way after buying Gucci Mary Janes with quality issues. It's entirely up to the Manager even if you do not have a history of returning items 😊
You definitely have to size down by half or by a whole size. I typically wear a half-size down (6.5 to a 6) in European/designer shoes, but for these in particular I had to size down one whole size which was interesting (6.5 to a 5.5). Best bet is to start with a half-size down first. Hope this helps.
Hi, Meghan! Sorry I missed this comment. I would still size down, some people do by a whole size but I did by half a size. I agree that Nordstrom is getting a little tighter with their return policy but I've still been able to return designer items with issues (haven't tried shoes though).
Hey are these shoes tight around the sides? Because I’m planning to get them for someone but I’m not sure if they’ll be uncomfortable to wear for people with wider feet.
@@LifewithMar yep they’re definitely not narrow at all. my mom who kinda has wide feet is usually a UK 5 so my brother ordered 4.5 but damn these gucci shoes run really big and she shockingly fits in size 3
@Daisy Gutierrez i just bought mine and they actually come in big sizes. Im usually 7.5 and I got 6 and first it was okay after few hours wearing it I got a blister and it hurts. Idk if I should break it in more and wait to stretch it out but 6.5 feels a little big big... 🙃
Did your Gucci sneakers stretch out any? Or stay the same size basically? I have ordered 2 different sizes as store didn’t have the inventory to try on. Thank you!!!
They are definitely not cushy. I have a pair of Adidas cloudfoams that feel like fluffy clouds. I’d say they are a step up from Converse but not cushy. They do get more comfortable when you break them in.
If you buy/invest in $600 sneakers, why not wipe them down after every use? even for a daily shoe. its not that hard. walking around with dirty beat white sneaker is a terrible trend I don't understand.
Agreed. They aren't worth the price unless you know you're just buying the Gucci look. I buy them knowing that. They aren't really spectacular sneakers. But, they are Gucci. And people will notice.

Exactly!!
Great review 🔥
Thank you 🤗
Magic eraser worked great to clean them too
LOVE this tip! Thanks so much for sharing!!

Yes leather is tough to break in!
Years later I still love them too! Glad I wore them in
Personally I love Rose Anvils review of Gucci sneakers
Hello, what size are you in nike please??

Hi there! Thanks for the review… would you recommend these for an airport trip?
Only if you break them in first. I wouldn’t wear them for the first time at the airport
I had to size down 2 full sizes
Wow that's quite a bit! Thanks for sharing your feedback on fit.

Definitely not tight. They run wide. From my experience there were no break-in period. They fit comfortably from the get go👍🏼.
I didn't find them particularly narrow so hopefully they work!

Did you get blisters breaking them in? And how long til they were fully worn in?
I didn't get blisters. I would say it took about a week or so. It helped to wear thicker socks in the beginning. Hope that helps!

Would you say they are hard soles
Great video! We wear the same shoe size but i'm wondering what size did you get the shoes in ?
Thanks!! Mine are size 38!
Hi, are your foot on wide or narrow side? Still not sure if I should go down a size since I have really wide feet.
Hey! So, I would say my foot is medium-width. It's not totally wide but definitely isn't narrow. Hope that helps!
do you think they are nice for men too?
I do!
Marlene Srdic Nice. Keep up the good work!

Hey, Audrey! They haven't stretched. They broke in, basically became more comfortable, but didn't become too big. Hope that helps!
Beautiful shoes , watching from Norway
Thanks for watching!
I bought some and I thought they would be more cushy, they feel like converse

It does help - 😊 Thankyou!
Nice! I like this video
Thanks!
Thank you
Agree 100%!
So what is the statement these sneakers are making? They literally look like 2 individual sneakers taken from 2 different sets.
To each their own 🤷🏽♀️😉
Nothing like Guccis.

I have to admit, I used to wipe them down much more at first….I’ve had these for years now and they’ve def seen better days!
Please buy a microphone
Honestly they are not worth the price even though they are nice, but at the end there just gonna get dirty and worn out!
I like them and think they were worth it! Yes, they will get dirty. But that's never stopped me from buying and enjoying nice things :)

@@LifewithMar Hello again after years lol! I'm glad you like them do you still have them?
@@DodgeMuscle Yes, sure do! I still wear them all the time :)
@@realgenericuser9169 I think they're cute, to each their own!
