The new Honda SUV that the Police officer/ Fire chief on the right was trying to think of is the Honda Passport. It looks pretty cool reminds me of the Nissan Xterra.
Astro Vans weren't built great, but they'd run forever. That 4.3 V6 is a Chevy 350 with two less cylinders. My in-laws had several that were AWD and they were amazing in the snow. Currently we're considering if we should buy a Sienna. My wife drives a CX5 that we could trade in or keep for our 15 year old daughter. Or, do we just spend a few thousand on a first car? The other day I looked at a 2008 LS 460 for $5,700. Very tempting. Ultimately I'd love for my wife to drive a 200 series Land Cruiser. We'll see. We have a little time to decide which direction we go.
Cross Tours are ugly but I bet they're useful, and probably going to go up in price for their Quirkyness...like that weird AMC hatchback lifted off-roader.
@@vrautospa The problem I have is like the first Gen Venza because of low numbers simple parts may be super hard to find, like tail lights for example or people will overcharge for bumper covers. That's what's happening with late 90s early 2000s Accord Coupes... people are charging a lot for bumper covers especially especially the last two years models. I'm glad I'm a Civic Guy and not an Accord Guy for that reason. Aoutospa seems like the Guy that can get anything though parts wise unlike us peasants who have to sift through junkyards. I just do ebay now It helps with the Junkyard overspending thing where you feel like you have to grab something because it will never come around again.
@@sheldonlamey7010 thats a good point you are probably right. Being in this business for 25 years does give me a much easier time finding things for sure.
