They should include some sort of % damage reflection or lure mechanics for true tanks. For every successful block/guard reflects damage back to bosses. Or constantly lure bosses to "bonus" zones for team to do damage or more damage. Tanks needs some love!!! Pure DPS meta is kinda boring. Make tanks and support more viable

You can also see that there is a "green buff" in the buff status, indicating that they have at least 50 cold resistance. The main problem here is the extreme stats penalty (from items and LB penalty) particularly crit and CDMG. The penalty literally pushes your stats to bare minimum. And if you are wondering why they are not wearing crit/CDMG plates, it is because they are using Pdef/Mdef plates so they won't get one shot by the boss.
