Like that’s the whole entire point of the ride operators, they put satay first second and third! If people just flew out of roller coasters daily, they wouldn’t be a thing, I can’t stand people who argue that
thank for making a video on this, the more people that spread the facts about how safe rollercoasters the better. also i know this video is a bit old now, but because RMCs have the shin guard you can extend your leg a bit so that the restraint will hit your leg before your lap. Once the operator feels the resistance they are more than likely to just stop trying, which will give you plenty of time for that sweet sweet airtime.
I know that sit-down coasters are safe, I am just contemplating the stand-up coaster. I'm scared that I will fall out of the over-the-shoulder restraints. Is it only the shoulders keeping you in during moments of hangtime or is something else at work here? I need answers.
On standups, there’s a bicycle seat that also keeps you in place, there’s also a seatbelt attached to the over the shoulders. the ride gets forceful, but other than that, you got this!

Exactly!! All roller coasters and the restraints are designed to be safe and fun!

Exactly, many people are scared of roller coasters because of those clickbait videos, and in reality, they’re super safe!
