I heard the sample for the first part of this beat and knew it could be flipped into something thats similar to PRIDE off of DAMN. first time using these types of guitars and the phaser for the guitars, so mixing was a bit tough, but I like how it turned out. Ngl this beat is absolutely bonkers but I think it deserves a remaster. Mix isn’t horrible just not quite at ur usual level. Maybe a bit tinny? Idk
I think the drums have a bit too much reverb? Sound a bit distant/voice memo-ish. Sound selection is mint tho
@@edgcmb1923yea on this beat I distorted the drums ever so slightly after the reverb. Not something I usually do but I like how it works for this beat. Understandable if it’s not your thing… we all good haha
