I think I have PCOS. Have some questions:
    1. Have you tried inositol supplement? Studies show it works like metformin.
    2. How much weight were you gaining?
    3. Did you have trouble concentration or brain fog?
    4. How do you get rid of your facial hair and how often?
    5. Did you have persistent spotting?
    6. Were you able to have kids by now? Since you’re 36
    .

I would recommend that you get tested for PCOS. There are may conditions that have similar symptoms so it can be hard to tell without actually doing a blood test and ultrasound. Also, many women experience it differently. Some women gain weight while others lose weight, some have periods but aren't actually ovulating, some women experience severe hair loss while others have super thick hair. It's definitely a personalized condition! My answers to your questions are below :)
      1. Have heard a lot about it but never tried it.
      2. I gained a lot of weight. I went from 65kg to 80kg
      3. No, I didn't experience any concentration issues.
      4. I use a facial epilator as it's the only thing that doesn't hurt. I use it like once a week.
      5. No spotting. I would get my period, and bleed for 5-7 days, but it was the time in between that varied. I felt like my period was always "late".
      6. I don't have kids and I haven't been trying to. Many women who have PCOS go on to have children without much difficulty. There are many treatments available to help with fertility for PCOS patients.
