Incredible edit and story. Well done ladies! Most people have no clue how much extra work it is to film and document these rides, not to mention the editing. Thanks for taking us along with you.
Looks like a great trip! I just completed my first MTB bikepacking trip last month. It was a heck of an experience! Thank you for the lesson on tarantulas:)
Looks like a fantastic trip! You guys weren't too far from Potato Lake, which is much, much smaller than Knoll Lake, but also out of the way and avoids a lot of that FR 300 traffic that can be pretty annoying in the summer/fall. I'm hoping to ride up that way soon!
I don’t find a lot of ppl interested in tarantulas, most think they weird and scary at least but she was right about everything she says about the tarantulas! Hard to be a male, they also have almost half of lifespan compare to females... great video/trip
Thanks for sharing the route. Good chance I'll check it out soon. I haven't explored the rim yet, but did do a backpack down to Clear Creek which was awesome.
very cool Dusty Betty! loved the night time accommodations and special breakfast! ...but the ride with the friends, the views & camaraderie is A-1 THUMBS UP.
I love watching these types of videos! I'm so ready to dive into bikepacking because I came from backpacking, but the thing that always hooked me into it was the fun times you have with great people experiencing the adventure with you. How did you meet all these awesome ladies? I want to find local gals to ride and adventure with too!
What a fun trip. I really miss Arizona. I just went back there a couple of months ago, but I didn't get to the northern part of the state. But I can still bikepack in Florida, right?!
@@dustybettymtb Thanks, I had been researching "Mogollon Rim Bikepacking" and most seemed like they were more difficult singletrack trips. I would like to start with something easier and relaxing! Y'all's trip seems to fit that better. Thanks again for posting this!
I think you all have imaginative noses or you all were real hungry. Never smelled a ponderosa that smelled like anything but vanilla 😛 Fun video, thanks for taking us along. Have fun in Moab!
Hey Tess. Great video as always. Might take my boys bike packing at some point, just need to get some kit first. Any recommendations? What GPS system have you got there on your handlebars?
Sometimes I guess there's nothing like having a girl's week out in the trails and on the trails I do a lot of that myself but weekend warriors type stuff only because of work
Hey. Longtime viewer since the Airstream. Thanks so much for sort of introducing the gang. Many of us live vicariously through your travels, until we can put things together to travel. I'm an RN looking to do travel nursing, so seeing how others make this work is nice. I want to get back into biking more. I'm a dude, but I appreciate your pace and focus on these rides. WIsh I had your circles of friends. You're blessed. Party on :)

Always cool to hear elk bugling from camp. Never fails to put a smile on my face. And yes it is awesome to have friends to explore with.
You made bike packing look like it should. Relaxed and enjoyable.
I’m a little jealous!!! Love the trip and thank you for showing others what life is all about!!!
Awe, thanks! So many fun memories of this trip!
Praise keep making adventure videos like this one. It’s light, fun, and inspirational. Thanks.
I am fascinated by cowboy campers, so brave, I picture tarantulas crawling across my face all night long, lol! Great video as usual DB!
Great to have a good group of women to share an adventure with. Looks like a wonderful place to go bikepacking
.
Thank you for the great video. Nice to see warm weather.
Looks like we might need a weekend on the rim! Great video, thanks so much for sharing the adventure!
Haha! Hard Tales had to stay home with Dusty Baby!.. Happy Birthday!
Wow, amazing video, fantastic riding, and awesome friends Tess. Loved it.
Outstanding! Love the fact you all have discovered the smell of the Ponderosa Pines. :-)
What fun bunch of people. Thanks for sharing
Those forest roads on the rim are usually full of side by sides and jeeps. I think I'd look for single track. Nice adventure none the less. 👍
Loved the tarantula information, super interesting! looked like a fun trip, thanks for posting the route. Going to go for it
Looked like a fun trip with lots of great views. A great way to spend time together with friends.
Thanks for sharing and be safe. Nova Scotia, Canada

Great video capture. The camera mount gives a good view of the road and even the night scenes turned out well.

Dusty Betty Cool! I just met some cool ladies at a trailhead earlier tonight and they told me about some local groups to me! What a coincidence!
Hi from your friends in Danville. Looks like you are doing well 👍
Yes!!!!

Hello curious to know what GPS you are using on your handlebars.
Thank you.. Great channel.
Looks like it might be a Wahoo Elemnt Bolt GPS Bike Computer.
Dusty Betty how long do the batteries last? Reported usage and actual usage are always pretty different.
Thank you
Looks like it was a great trip in a stunning area with great company. Fun!
It also looks doable by gravel bike or do you think mtb is best/necessary?
I think you all have imaginative noses or you all were real hungry. Never smelled a ponderosa that smelled like anything but vanilla 😛
Fun video, thanks for taking us along.
Have fun in Moab!
What do you use for filtration?
@@dustybettymtb Thank you I found one in Amazon.

@@dustybettymtb thank you very much. I'll have to save a couple of months for that. Lol

Not gonna lie, kinda jealous of the 🦄
looked like a hognose snake. I don't see much water on the bikes. Are you guys mostly carrying bladders in your backpacks?
🦄🦄🦄🦄🦄
🤠👍Super 😊
I'm actually quite glad that you girls used mountain bikes for this trip for this bike packing adventure
