I placed my first order in February - they sent the wrong notebook. I wrote their CS a message, received a response in under an hour, sent them a picture of the wrong cover and 4 days later I received the notebook I ordered via FedEx. Love the notebook.

They actually have a lot of different ways to use the stencils on their website. The last one you showed with the circles and bars is so you can make pie charts!

Love Notebook Therapy... and free shipping💜 I add self adhesive pen loops in as close a colour match as i can get... Also I find myself in the rare situation of disagreeing with you... I think the washi tapes do go well together 💜
I'm using Notebook Therapy's notebooks for 3 years now, and I'm gonna stick to them, I need B5 with EXACTLY 176 pages to fit the whole year (with all weeklies, start of the year pages, and my urge to rip out the page when I hate it 🤣) I never found a brand with this features which I value in notebooks: Dots (grey/5mm) 176, B5 pages 160gsm, WHITE AF paper (2 bookmarks + back pocket and ofc this many gorgeous designs are being the bonus I can't resist 😍) ...for this prize?! 🤩🤑
I highly agree! I haven’t found anything that compares to NT features. Bright white with light dot grid is a luxury turned necessity, because I want my markers and highlighters for color-coding to stand out. I just swapped to B5 and I’m loving it
Notebook Therapy is actually my favourite notebook, because of the beautiful designs. Archer and Olive is my 1.5, too close to be a second. Enjoyed the honest review video 💙

Can you do one of these full information video/review of the Archer & Olive? We know you already use it but I would have liked all the info before I spent so much money on it and shipping! 💸
The free shipping is major. Other stores the shipping can come in at more expensive than the notebook. I do wish they had B6 instead of "original". I have one of the velvet notebooks and it's really nice, the paper is a little better than A&O for fountain pens, BUT the dot grid is printed inconsistently. It doesn't match across pages and sometimes it's not even printed straight. If you look at one of the spreads on your video, you can see the dots don't align from one page to the other. When I contacted their customer service about this they didn't reply. I do really like their stamps and washi, but I'm not sure if I'd buy a notebook from them again. If cheaper notebooks can print their dot grid consistently, a luxury brand should be able to do so.
Great video Jess, I keep looking at Notebook Therapy and your review has convinced me that I'll give them a try when I can sneak another past my husband - he keeps telling me that you can have too many notebooks!!!!!
Great review! It would be lovely if you could do some fountain pen tests some time: as someone who mostly uses fountain pens (thick ones and thin) as I love interesting inks, it is always a bit of a gamble on if stuff is going to feather or not…
@@katemassey687 Thankyou so much, the designs are really cute and get marketed to me pretty aggressively so I’ve been tempted but the majority of my bullet journaling is fountain pen so that would absolutely be a deal breaker for me.
It's a little better than A&O but not by much. I basically have a test page and test every ink individually. It's also inconsistent, like some pages are more coated than others, so it might perform ok on one page and then feather on the next.
I love Notebook Therapy's notebooks and I have used them for two years now but one thing that has always bothered me about them is that they're not transparent at all about how or where they manufacture their products. I even asked them about it but never got a reply. They have high quality products but I just wish they'd be more transparent about the material sourcing/ manufacturing process.
...so, did you film this a while ago, or did you already have the washi tape set prior to this? because i remember you destashing the tape which doesn't have straight sides in your livestream i love the video!
I put in an order 2 months ago. Their customer service is friendly but not effective, apparently. She said my order would now expedited and still not even a shipping notification. 🙁 I have to admit I don't know if I'll purchase from them again.

160 GSM! That's awesome! I use a variety of pens, and I like felt tips and gel pens for the intense colors, but they tend to bleed thru.

I'm a fountain pen user and I have some notebook therapy notebooks. The paper feathers horribly. 100% would not recommend with a fountain pen!!!
