So, I’ve lost all audio once the video (1:03:18) goes to installing the armor on the Alpha rack. I’ve tried reloading the video multiple times and it seems the video doesn’t have the accompanying audio for the rest of the instructional video! Am I the only one? If not, could you upload the armor installation, with the audio included, and add a link (to that section of the instructions) in the description section, please.
We are currently looking into this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience. It appears something happened with the upload as we have audio in raw format. Please feel free to call us if there are any immediate questions that we can address for you!
@@upTOPOverland So, it’s been a month since you acknowledged the problem. I’m trying to install my rack properly and when I reached out before written instructions, your CS person said you don’t have any and to just watch the video. So, I’ll m going to have to figure out how to install the armor without any proper instructions. Feels kinda crappy paying for a premium rack and then being left to just ‘figure it out’ on my own! Your CS lady was not NOT very polite or helpful at all. In fact, quite rude. Sorry but I expected more from UpTOP.
You are not the only one, My left ear was jealous because it never got to hear really any of the explanation and now both my ears are left in the dark at the same spot. I originally just came here to see about mounting an aero dynamic roof deflector and this video didn't help. But I stayed to see how I can resecure my rain trough that has popped off the back of my truck.
Is there any way to mount a roof rack bar temporarily? looking to mount a starlink dish on roof. The drip rails design seem to make this a lenghty process vs just using a clamp style roof rack rail and a channel. Cheers, nice vid btw.
What is the Static and Dynamic load limit for the Alpha and Bravo roof racks? What is the Static and Dynamic load limit for the 2017+ Super Duty trucks as engineered by Ford? I have an F350 with the panoramic roof. Will I still be able to use said roof as designed? Thanks in advance.
Hey how are you I have a cuestión to ask if you don't mind can I do that hevy instalation of the roof rack on my ford explorer 2017 the factory one it is suck
I have to say that there is no way to install the Bravo the way you did it. You used the Alpha hardware that has a hex head bolt for the assembling the feet but the Bravo has button head bolts. The problem is there is not enough clearance to get an Allen wrench in the rear feet bolts when they are attached to the truck and the bar is in there. It was barely possible in the other positions. For the back I had to take the bar off to tighten them up. Luckily the rack was stable enough to do this without having to make any adjustments. You really should just ditch the button head bolts if these are the instructions you are giving. Even with those it would be tough but at least possible.

Videos loses audio at 1:03. 10 months later and still not fixed
We are working on fixing it, thank you for bringing it to our attention!
Thanks for vid, my roof molding popped off and now know what type of sealant & where you leave a fat blob at to fix it
Glad we could help!
Would a heat gun work instead of a butane torch?
How's the wind noise ?
My left ear is jealous, my right ear gets to hear 90 % of the video.
Flip your phone over every so often... 😉🤣🤣

Does this rack fits even with the marker lights on top?
It does fit around the marker lights but will block them as well.

Hello Joceph, at this time we do not offer a roof rack for the Ford Explorers. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Would have been a great video but…
