In the distance, We have the port and entrance to the race track to many an America's Cup behind me, from the home of Middle-earth, New Zealand! From where we work seamlessly with companies like yours across New Zealand, Australia, Asia, and the entire global food supply chain.

Most of us would be familiar with the term non-conformance.
It's a bit like finding pineapple on your pizza when you didn't order any, unexpected and needs immediate attention!! :)
In more technical terms...
If an observation breaches your management system, the law, regulation, or affects quality or safety, we have a non-conformance!
Operations and food safety, however, is a contact sport! … a bit like how that pizza gets to you.
So! What if… for a moment we expand the definition to also include people?
To do this...I’m going to get you to pause and just imagine...
Imagine for a moment you do not conform... imagine you have a mild form of autism and a mild form of dyslexia!
So! What does this mean? It means there is nothing fundamentally wrong with you… everything is still perfectly okay :) However, you are different, only cognitively speaking.
It means you process and think primarily through visualization rather than through just words and text!
So why does all this matter? And is all this getting too hard for you to imagine in the abstract??
I'm going to introduce you to somebody we are trying to imagine….
My name is Keith Michael and I'm the Director and the Lead Trainer at Food Safe.
