i m sharing my personal thought. i m agree with interview process. but tell me about one thing it is not concerned for this but many times comes in my mind politicians should given also interview in front of respected jury...they don't know about anything and other side who study 8 to 10 hours daily fell unsatisfied when candidate not selected.... please motivated to everyone human nature is created by one where we live..and other side one child study 5 books in english out of 6. till graduation and other side one child study 5 books in hindi out of 6 till graduation......
