Tamar Braxton is a perfect example of reality TV gone wrong. I have all 3 of Tamar albums, and her vocals are unmatched. She’s one of the top 5 singers vocally I have heard. I can’t even get people to listen to her music because they don’t like her attitude. She is too talented for reality TV

I agree with you about Tamar B but the reason I think you like Tony more is I think she has more soul and more tone with depth & a lot of feel that's why baby face signed her up .
Tamar has too much going on sometimes which makes you not appreciate her massive talent . However I do think Tamar has more vocal skills & more room to go vocally but it can be too much of a puzzle working out what it is we like or dislike .
Someone said to me years ago to make anything work it must be kept simple .
Tamar has a rough personality that some times takes away from her craft .
I love Beyoncé for staying out of anything controversial even about herself which makes a super star who is not exposed negatively .

I don't take nothing away from her singing cause she is awesome but I think she needs to go Gospel and not secular, as a Secular artist she doesn't know if she wants to be Toni Braxton or Beyonce. Tamar needs to focus on making her own style of singing if she is going to make it on the Secular side of music. I can't hardly understand what she's saying, she needs to enunciate better cause if you notice when she sings Gospel she is very clear. I would like for her to make Gospel album solo, just jump out there and take a chance.

I'm not the biggest fan of Tamar's music - in fact it sucks to me. But she can sing, obviously. Her range is better than Toni's but the tone and technique ain't on Toni's level---and her music is no where near her sister's catalog. I see why she flopped.

I HATEEEE the fact that people feel the need to compare two obviously VERY talented siblings.
You’re entitled to not like her music, because preference, but “I can see why she flopped” ? 🙄 Támar has had her share of success in the music industry. Unfortunately after that, R&B is no longer in the state of success for ANY R&B artist! Like the previous commenter stated, she’s still top tier amongst her peers when it comes to sales. If R&B reigned supreme in today’s industry, she’s right along with it!
