For me it's getting away from the realization that Life is full of hypocrisy and people openly hate white people as a whole while saying they're the morally superior ones. Really gets me off the whole "My race is universally hated, my company openly says White people are uniquely evil and should be discriminated against, and I just want to exist but can't pay my property taxes" thing and into relaxation time. This channel helps alot, gives me 90's vibes for some reason idk why.
I like that he's able to go from pseudo science to actual explanations of complex topics that biologists are still theorizing and working on to this day. One of my favorite parts about this channel. Even the forms of biology that he's not as versed in as with microbiology.

I went on Tubi and watched it because of this review. My feel was that the alien cyborg was a created breeder device which could create original versions of the aliens. Specialized in offense, defense, and breeding it has a good chance of surviving as an intrusive species. Perhaps it's "thirst" was collecting organic materials to create a brood. It also attacked horses. It wasn't picky where it got it's material. A fun, low budget movie. I enjoyed the characters and cared enough when they were picked off. And I thought the girl survivor was really cute which helped.
also worth noting that - in any practical interstellar war huge numbers of these (millions or more) would be needed to be sent at a planet in one go in order to overwhelm defenses. - final approach to the planet would be best served with a small dumb unguided pod to minimize sensor profile - you would want it to land randomly all over the planet so accuracy beyond hitting the planet would actually be considered counter productive - coming from interstellar space they would be approaching their target at speeds far in excess of what would be needed to escape the solar system - to avoid slamming into the planet at ridiculous speeds you would want a trajectory would graze through the atmosphere to be captured through aerobraking, rather than one that directed at/near dead center on the planet. - the height of the atmosphere for most planets is tiny compared to the planets overall radius with all of these factors combined its unsurprising a fair number would miss the planet and go careening back off into interstellar space.
Im not much into cars and trucks, but I do enjoy hearing Roanoke talk about them cause he obviously is passionate about them (Much like how passionate he about his hate of anglerfish which im suprised he didnt mention it this episode even though he started talking about lionfish)

A video about cyberpunk's transplants would be amazing, like how it could affect a person health physical and psychological, would cyber psychosis be a possibility. The remnant from the ashes and remnant 2 would also be cool, covering the root or the Drzyr morphology and possible mutations caused by going into Alpha Centauri or simple how/if at all would be possible to attain their astral sight, seeing and "hearing" the stars after consuming "substances".

Have you ever seen the movie The Young Cannibals? This kinda reminded me of it, and you might want to react to it. The concept is that there is a sort of anti-Wendigo that only people who have eaten human flesh can see, as it hunts them for their crime. It has the same "group of young protagonists run from unstoppable killing machine" idea as this, with a couple twists.

When I was younger and playing through the XCOM 1 campaign, I arrived at the point where I could either choose to cybernetically or genetically enhance my soldiers. Although I can't explain why, I'm not too keen on removing body parts and replacing them with limbs. Maybe it's some sort of attachment to the natural human body/image. And on the other hand, I had no problems genetically enhancing my soldiers because they still looked/seemed human 😆

Please DO NOT pack a wound on the torso, only pack junctional (where your arms and legs attach to the torso) wounds or if you don’t have a tourniquet a limb wound. If you pack a torso wound, you’ll just fill the chest cavity and you’ll run out of material long before you fill it completely, plus infection risk is increased

Roanoke, you said the baby only had 2 legs and 2 arms, it has four legs, and looking at how it's feet are designed, it most likely came from a mountainous area that required it to have multiple legs for grasping and climbing rocks while it hunted and held down it's pretty with it's arms
