My husband has been a door man for over 20 years and his number one repair is the springs. Make sure to lube your springs monthly or at least every other month so they do not break often. That can easily cost $400-500 depending where you are and your door size.

This video came just in time. I have a missing piece of rubber on the same end as yours and I had a problem with rodents a while ago. Where did you get the rubber replacement to go on the end of the garage door and the piece you adhered to the floor? Thanks
