@@zarz3049 You can’t prove that though…Kishimoto gave Naruto and Sasuke all the classic tropes and development of a couple, but it just so happens that they are two boys, rather than a boy and a girl. You’d be lying to yourself if you said Naruto and Sasuke would not be canon had one of them been a girl. If one of them had been a female character, everyone would have shipped them. It’s purely the fact that they’re male that stops people from doing so, because they have tiny brains and can’t possibly imagine enjoying a relationship between two people with obvious connection and development simply because those two people aren’t loving each other the same way you do yourself. It’s a pathetic reason to not ship a couple. I’m a lesbian, there are several hetero ships I really enjoy. I’m not a clown who lets gender dictate what I do or do not ship.

I only found out about that fact in Persona 3, where Protagonist and Mitsuru Kirijo's English voice actors are married in real life. It's even funnier for me, cause in Persona 4 Arena (as well as Persona Q), Yosuke was enamored for Mitsuru.

Heres why Yuri Lowenthal is THEE perfect Sasuke to me. (Not just for English but overall) He's voice is soooooo unique and Sexy and he really understands his character even without doing a deep dive so he brings a certain depth and emotion to Sasuke that dont think ANYONE else could've he has studied Japanese language and culture, which is why he among all the English VA pronounce Japanese words and Names (especially Narutos correctly) with such confidence as smugness that Sasuke would. He has the BEST interactions with fans, fanservice is his forte.... And he ships SasuNaru, (which is why I like the Spanish and Portuguese Sasuke VA aswell) which of course he does he understands his Character! -unlike a certain someone-
