Martyn. I built a kegerator from kits from BKT a while back and watching your video would have been ideal when I built mine. This has to be the best guide video on the tube of you. Well done.
I ignore anything to do with heating on the inkbird and set the temperature to where I want it with a cooling differential of 0.3°c (lowest it'll allow). You could add a delay time to avoid overstressing the compressor but I'm not sure I have :-)
Loved the video and thought process you take us through. Minor complaint not about your video: The US Facebook Market has really turned into an Internet Shopping site and doesn't show local sellers very well any more. It really has gotten to be a terrible site.
Not seen the carbonation cap for the gas line feed before. Great idea, but how is it secured in the collar so that you don’t pull on the gas line inside?
I can't remember the capacity of the freezer as I've since sold it. The kegs are the 19L Kegland. These are taller but slimmer than the AEB type (ex coca cola).

What temperature parameters do you use on the inkbird mate? Been scouring all over and got about a million different answers

It's tight on the barbs. Heat the line in boiling water to get it on, really struggled to get it off!
What is the freeze cubic feet and what size kegs are those?
