Beautiful bit of kit. I remember living in Germany in the late 80's and loving these cars. The stance, with the negative camber just looked incredible. I wouldn't give a shit what people think, you've done an incredible job of making this car look amazing.
So much passion, it's great when you see someone create something so special. Now that e30 has rocketed in price, I doubt this means anything to Tony. He loves his car, which is what it's all about.
This car looks fantastic. I had an E30 Baur once. I think they’re brilliant and totally under rated. Not only do I think they actually look great (and don’t get why some people think they don’t), they retain the structural integrity and drive really well. Dare I say it but I think I prefer them to the normal cabrio. You’ve done a great job mate. I now have a 2002 (my second one) and I too don’t drive it in the rain. It will rot to pieces otherwise!
What a dude, punk rock attitude fantastic, funnily enough I seen and heard a mint white 325i e30 today in bridgwater somerset and the sound just blew my mind, forgot how good they sound !! older cars: porsche 911 & bmw's sound amazing !! love ur passion & detail too, totally agree with you screw everyone who slates you, I would never take that out in the rain, top vid / guy 10 / 10
That was a really professional made film. Well done to all concerned. 10 mins is a good length. I have seen this car & it is mint. Look forward to seeing the 2002 Touring out & about some day in Essex.
I had an E30 Baur and absolutely loved it, hugely practical and because of the Baur conversion process, they would do a complete rebuild of the E30 including corrosion protection. They only built about 450 E30 Baurs in total and there's still quite a few around so it obviously worked.
I got a storming good deal on a 1986 6-cylinder E-30. I did a full-service, switched it from an automatic to a 5-speed and charged the A/C. It's my daily, and I absolutely adore the car..
Same view I have on my two E34 1988 models, manual windows, manual sunroof, minimum of wires, and simple M20 engine. I adore them. Dosnt see myself ever selling either of them. Maybe a M30B25 swap. But the chassies really good and most chassis here in Norway aren't anymore. So i treasure my simplistic comfortable E34s
This is my dream car i think it might be the car that got me into cars I’ve always been into cars but this is the first car that made me think yeah I love this car... if you’re from South Africa or Zimbabwe you would have seen ubambolwami and u mazwi and his crew getting in and out of this they looked so good it was unreal
Umm. At Easter long weekend, I drove up with a buddy to Yellowknife from Jasper. Each way 1600km. I slept 2 hours, and drove my E30 south home to Edson. I had my snow suit on and thankfully it went from -28C to aboot -5C by the time I was in GP… still had 3.5 hours back to Collinge road in Hinton…
I’m dead set on buying an e30 convertible once i graduate from university, especially because during my studies i worked as a detailer/valet for at bmw! As i already have a reliable daily in a Lexus, i want to buy one to rip apart and restore it myself.
Very nice E30. Interesting differences from my US spec E30 convertible. I like the 2.7 engine, an affordable upgrade done here back a few years ago, but not nearly as nicely as this one 😀 Thank You for the video!
Can someone on here tell me why folks opt for 17” on e30s. I might be missing something... I’d think 16” is perfect upgrade. Just rewatched and realised that his 17”s are just to big for the body of the car. Of course for stance looks maybe 17”s ace on that end. But as a daily driver I’d think 16” is okay.
I keep coming back to this gorgeous build.
Best story E30 story teller
You can literally hear that it’s coming from the heart
Fantastic build quality, all credit to Tony for the love and effort he put's in to these, can't wait to see the 2002 in the flesh :)
We'll definitely head back once thats done, as it sits now it still looks amazing.
Thanks Steve much appreciated mate
Beautiful E30. Loved the story. You did a great job filming and putting it all together. Well done 👍
Thanks so much!

Another gem of a video! Love these. You do the car, the owner, and your brand justice in creating these. Just awesome.
Thank you. Once these restrictions ease up there will be more to come. Appreciate the words.

E30 + Jaaks = instant thumbs up
Thanks!
What a lovely story and journey you've been on with this Baur. Enjoyed watching it immensely!!! Thanks 🙂
Glad you enjoyed it!

OMG, looks awesome, I love it!🤩 Classic BMW is my dream.

They built way more than 450, its something like 10,865 total.
@@mickeydee3595 sorry - that's 450 in the UK.
Great film, and this guys interview adds a lot, well done, not least of all for the filming quality. I have a benchmark to aim for!

tumb up for the whole picture!
I am not a BMW enthusiast, but this guy loves its car in a respectable way (no drifting etc) so yes!!
hands down the best looking Baur I have ever seen. amazing! well done, Sir.
Could watch this bloke all day
Serious bit of kit!!!
And that’s what it’s about. “Putting your own mark on it” whether a full blown engine makeover or a set of wheels, a car is your own personality.
Nice! When the bonnet opened though! wow! Can not wait to get my top down finished...
Very nice ride!!!

Dude is artist on vehicles.. Good job Mate
Great quality build, with individual touches. A very pretty compact car.

Yes the 2.7 is a sweet engine, add to that the carbs and it's pretty much spot on.
Cracking motor
i want those rims done so bad
Where can you get the roof spares from 😢

Company name who done them is in the comments somewhere below.
Shame it’s a baur liking the edits though 👍
My baur looks better than that
