A real gem of a dry fly for those wily, wild brown trout, although it works very well for rainbows too, this pattern is a must!!
It is a play on the famous river dry fly the Cul De Canon, created by Gwilym Hughes. The loch fly is meatier and more to the taste of bigger fish that are mopping up midge, buzzer, and other flies that end up on the water's surface.
