Probably. I didn't test everything. Pela has her problems. She only works when she has energy. I tried her once and it wasn't promising. But mayby, the problem wasn't with Pela.
@Mariengrad1648 I tested triple Nihility. With Serval and Herta. At least this, maybe more. I can't be sure but maybe Pela with and without Eagle set feels different. Especially in PF.

Why is Tingyun on quantum set and crit dmg chest? My best guess is substats, lots of speed on these builds and no crit rate.
