    Ingredients (for one mold)
    Rice flour for bread - Mizuhonochikara 220g
    4 g salt
    6 g granulated sugar
    4 g dry yeast
    210g water
    10g olive oil
    For finishing
    10g olive oil
    1.5 g Himalayan rock salt
    Rosemary to taste
    In a bowl, add the rice flour, salt, granulated sugar, dry yeast, and water.
    2. Add the olive oil and mix further.
    3, Line a baking dish with a cookie sheet and pour in the dough.
    Ferment the dough at 40°C for 30 minutes.
    5. Add olive oil, rock salt, and rosemary for the finishing touch, and bake in the oven at 250℃ for 20 minutes.
