Johnny Monaco! Awesome! Glad he was back on! Great webisode! Still waiting for some music from Johnny! Hopefully soon…and yes definitely have Johnny as a regular! 🤘🤘
Fellow Illinoisan here, myself! I thought the new live with Johnny was yesterday Lol. A day too early, so I'm revisiting this. I thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated him showing his full "crib" and the outside surroundings! I was genuinely curious about what his surroundings looked like. I would have sooo much fun drinking coffee/espresso with Johnny, bullshittin', and joining him in ripping on his neighbor down below!😂
Can you make Johnny a monthly feature please? He’s the best! Love the podcast and subscribed it here in the UK. PS that quick Ellefson comment about potentially working with the 15 year old girl made me spill my drink 😆 😬
Johnny A is from Massachusetts. I saw his bands Hidden Secret and Hearts On Fire. They played around the Boston area back in the '80s. He also played with Peter Wolf after Peter left the J. Geils Band. Spent a lot of time in the clubs in and around Boston back in the day.
i see a national morning show. you two cats! do you hear me? am i the only one who thinks these two are phenomenal together? i wanna hear what ya'll gotta saw about everything great job johnny and jason
I love listening to Johnny Monaco, you should maybe try to get Tina s on here if you can find out from what rock she's under. She is an amazing guitar player speaking of shrapnel records
excellent shows ,do you know the count from counts customs ? junkyard and the seahags 2 very underated bands looking forward to those ,stephen pearcy tour manager genuinely one of my dream jobs !
Some clarity: The other bass player that performed at the Celebration of Life event (which was a private event not meant for public viewing) was Scott Snyder- definitely not a local yokel. The reason that there were multiple band line-up's at the service was because each of the performers were personal friends of the man who passed away and his family, not because one band couldn't handle all of the material. These are professional musicians. I'm sure that each of them would say that having had the opportunity to perform music written by the man who'd passed, in front of his bereaved family and friends, was an honor and a privilege. In the end, really, it should all be about the love.
Great show as always. Saigon Kick is a great band! Debut record (before The Lizard) is amazing! Phil is a great solid Drummer and Jason has to be one of the most underrated Guitarists (like Johnny) ever!
I’ve said it before Jason and I’ll say it again..you’re as cool as the other side of the pillow. After you interviewed Frank Dimino I was convinced. Can you get someone from Malice to chat with you..? Or anyone from the original Riot line up? ( besides Guy of course) rip thanks Jason
You have a good podcast but the covid bullshit is really getting old,, people want to listen to shows like this for entertainment and to see whats up with their favorite bands, some humor and live music. Nobody wants politics or covid mixed in.
I want a Johnny Monaco special every week. Top guest! You’re doing an amazing job Jason !
Thank you! I think we’ll be checking in with Johnny more often
A bubbly In the mornings. I think you’ve been hanging out with Stephen Pearcy too much😂
Johnny Monaco! Awesome! Glad he was back on! Great webisode! Still waiting for some music from Johnny! Hopefully soon…and yes definitely have Johnny as a regular! 🤘🤘
Love this, Johnny seems to be your best guest, you guys are hysterical!😂
Johnnys a great guest, always cracks me up. You definitely need to make him come on at least once a month.
Love these interviews with JM. Brilliant! May there be many more!! 👍👌
Monaco is always a good time. I wish we got more solo albums and tours from the guy. Always a gentleman when I've met him ...... and funny AF.
great interview Jason. Johnny is so entertaining. all the gossip and the hijinks - too funny.

My absolute favorite musician! I love Johnny!
Johnny is great guitarist and funny as hell! You guys should have a radio show daily. The Morning Show with Jason and Johnny!
Thanks! Waiting on the Disney deal now
Johnny's black face story is a Spinal Tap moment. Hilarious! In '79 Dave Roth wore white gloves - he got that look from Al Jolson. True.
Oh my lord, that espresso in the bathroom joke had me wheezing so much my family thought there was something happening to me😂
"In his defense, it was breakfast!"
Known Johnny for years ,all around solid guy.

No guest, no problem. Johnnys house tour evens out all that is wrong in the world🎸
Awesome show !! Love these behind the scenes stories!
Johnny your beard looked like a mug shot for a Unabomber 😄 I laughed so hard at the picture Jason showed of your beard

Hi Johnny 💕😘
Hoss was the big oaf brother on Bonanza. Boss Hogg was on Dukes of Hazzard. Come on Monaco, you grew up with Channel 32 too

So good! Loved it!
Please interview the singers of Sleeze Beez and McQueen Street!
That was a great Sebastian Bach impression 54:25
Thank you
I thought my neighbors were going to freak out
Great Sebastian Bach impersonation, Jason!
It's not hard to believe the Sebastian Bach story. I got to see Skid Row live in the 90s and he was the biggest diva and POS on and off stage.
Awesome stuff can you get dee Snider on the show .are lizzy borden on the show
hyde the japanese superstar from larc en ciel and vamps is a great interview would you interview him ?
He looks like the guy from Plexi which i would love to see any of the guys from Plexi on your show!!!!!!!

FRANKEN BERRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
1:31:00 ?
Mystery guest who backed out: Dj Ashba?
Given that he's a Las Vegas local, that celebrity must be who Jason was talking about.
Incorrect
Lonnie Vincent
I’m gonna guess one of the guys from kiss. I know Paul and Gene aren’t exactly great to work with
