- Some companies sight tapes just don't go as far as you'd like, or you in-between tapes, maybe the letting isn't what you'd like. Never did it. I’m a newbie! Still trying to sight in my bow, getting better at it little by little. Thanks good to know for when I get good enough for a sight tape.

get Avery waterproof labels that go on 50 gallon drums. zero issue in heavy rain/snow. and you are not messing around with the the wrap/scotch tape.
you'll find your scotch tape/wrap the water will leak in eventually.

You can get HHA sight tapes out past 150 yards. Just ask for them.
At the time of this video they hadn’t hit the market yet, but yes they do now!

I shoot the HHA Tetra Max with the 4 Pin housing. My TAC arrows weighing 440g I could get to 127. My hunting arrows at 510g I can get to about 103
My question is can you use spot hog tapes or any other tapes on black gold? Or the other way around
All the sight tape scales are the same.they might not be the same number sight tape from brand to brand but feel free to mix and match.
Did you have any trouble with accuracy at longer yardages or was it spot on? I have the same sight and was pulling my hair out trying to get one that was accurate across the tape. Then my pro shop guy told me he hasn’t had any from AA that go on the sight in a radius be accurate, only the ones that are straight/vertical. Have you had better luck?
I know you’re not a fan of the vertical pins, but do you have any suggestions on how to sight in the UV vertical 2 pin on a HHA Ryz Max to get the max distance? Should I use the bottom pin to zero? Appreciate the help.
That’s what I would do.
Is this a good method for a heavy arrow? Currently shooting a 540 grain arrow. No hha sight tape was exactly dead on for me and that arrow weight.
It’s a great method. You can custom make them. I’m shooting 500g’s
Im sure you know now they have long range tapes from hha
