PG was never meant to be a main stream line it was meant to be essentially a "Show off" or "Bragging" about what Bandai can do with kits and integrate them in to smaller models aka MG
@@msvgundam What they mean is that Bandai use PG kits to flaunt their advancements in model kit quality, and then they take those advancements and put them in new Master Grades.
I agree. PG Is like RG. Not meant to be anime accurate lines of models for collectors covering most of the mechas from various Gundam anime/manga/games like the HG and MG are. PG and RG are masterclass one off models of the iconic MS
I think the reason why Bandai don't include battery in the kit is because they don't know how long the kit gonna be on shelf. If you let a battery too long without using it gonna expires.
They leak eventually too, which can ruin the thing you bought. There are a ton of collectible Gameboys that came with batteries that leaked and ruined the box, manual, and Gameboy.
Not entirely true. The PG Zeta and PGU RX-78-2 come with the specialty battery for their beam sabers. The add-on parts set for the PG RX-78-2 and Expo Anime Color Release of the PG RX-78-2 also come with that same battery.
Its not because of that. I mean that might play a part but the reason is due to Batteries and Customs dont mix lol. So just less headache to not include them.

You can kind of blame the Strike Freedom for that one. The SF is by far the most popular kit when it comes to anything attached with funnels or something like it, so it's going to be what people default to in their preferences.
