Nice! When I take pictures with my phone, sometimes I'll flip my phone upside-down so the camera is lower to the ground, adding perspective and making the kit look taller

I almost exclusively build Moderoid kits these days, mostly because of the diversity of mecha series they have. The quality of them has been very consistent too, so I recommend them a lot to people. I haven't built the Tarak yet, but I did build the Shin Getter-1 recently and it looks pretty much like a recolor with a facemask, which makes sense if you're familiar with Getter Robo Arc. Good stuff 👍

Out of the kits Ive built, I really like the MG talgeese. Shenlong also really surprised me. I never cared too much when I watched the anime, but after building it, it has become one of the kits im most proud of how it turned out.

Pla plate. The surest way to tell me you're a model builder that has zero influence from the West. Just say plamo or pla plate and I will know that you never tried building a car, or a plane, or a tank, or even learned anything that wasn't directly coming from Japanese modelers. I don't know why these weird Japanese slang portmanteaus get adopted by Westerners, but you never hear it from people that started with other kinds of kits and then moved to mecha later.

MW has outstanding customer service. No other company reaches out by email or text as often as you guys. Also response times are very fast when reaching out about an order or question. I look to your store first when buying gunpla, tools, and accessories. I hope business picks up soon for you.

Spent a long time ogling these in the toy store back in the 80’s. I had a spider, a raptor and a small tyranisaur zoid. Couple of them came with comics. Good times!

Zaddens me how poorly handled this IP was. As an x - Xebec employee who joined the company about 8 years after they made Chaotic Century, this franchise holds a special place in my heart. Even back then - Zoids was more of a product based IP along the lines of Beyblade, but they could have handled it better. The most recent iteration - Zoids wild is... really not nice. Had they played their cards right - this could have been like Japanese Horizon Zero Dawn.
