I just bought this radio PC787 AND the wireless speaker/mic from sellers on eBay and think its a GREAT idea. No mic cable to get in the way (vision) or have to worry about it snagging my stirrer in my coffee and dumping it. Uniden did well here. Worth every dollar.
Why in the heck do they allow you to change the volume remotely, but not change the channels. It's like having a TV remote, but you can't change the channels, (only the volume). Most change the channels much more often then the volume. Once you set the volume, you leave it. I'm always changing the channel to catch up on the local gossip however.
