What the problem? for me same, not enough power on low rpm. ON: 1224 mbar, 90,3%, OFF: 979 mbar, 9,9%. No sticky vanes, turbo in good condition.

the problem is the map sensor? My VCDS put since 979mbar to 1050, when i repeat the process, it go up 10 mbar more, finally it puts 979 mbar at 9.9% to 1111 mbar at 90.33% i think that the map sensor is broke

Try disconnect clutch pedal switch. Car would stall on takeoff. I replaced switch and it was sorted.
