- This is not your Papaw's saw horse. Nothing better than Papaw's sawhorse but I have to say, if he had gotten his hands on this one he would have loved it! It has more functions than you can shake a stick at. The design was well thought out and its strength is something that would even impress my Papaw. I will use these sawhorses as a job site table with the new Metal Sheet Cutter Head Tool, Bit Accessories for my Electric Drill Tool, Accessories, Shear, Clippers Scissors Pruner Shears. #sawhorse #toughbuilt #jobsite #c700 #metal #shears #homestead #cutter #tools #tool #siding #sidingcontractor #roof #roofing #roofingcontractor #construction #constructionsite
Thank you for the great video. It’s extremely informative and really helps narrow down what’s in my top choices.
Hi Sean,
I have had my C700's for around three years and they are brilliant! Some quick tips...I flip mine upside down and just fold out each leg....the outer leg can be left in the fully extended position as it will fit still fit inside.
I added the wood blocks to the top but kept them separate so I can still use the handle. I also added a Micro Jig dovetail groove on each of these blocks for clamping. Enjoy!
Great tips! Thank you!
Thanks for sharing Sean! Both products were extremely useful and easy to use. Thank you and God bless! And a very Merry Christmas to you and your family!
Merry Christmas Marty! God bless you and your family during this holiday season. Thanks for your continued participation with The Lovely Place.
This should be your first cut literally. 😂 Thanks for sharing mate.
😂 Agree!
Did you try cutting from the other side?
Looks pretty difficult to cut with that new gadget on your drill. To cut my aluminum soffit I turned my circular saw blade around and made a raised jig (made of 1x4s attached to vertical 1x2 sides on a 48”x18” plywood forming a very low bridge, sliding the metal under the bridge) and cross-cut my pieces between the 1x4s. Worked really slick. Just sharing my tip.
Great idea! I appreciate your thoughts!
I just chatted with Toughbuilt corporate and this model is no longer available in the US. Lowe's, Home Depot, and Amazon shows up as unavailable. So I ended up getting a Bora speed horse. So San.
You are joking right? I just chatted with customer support yesterday and they said nothing like that.
If that is true, I will be very sad.
thanks ..great info .. gotta ask what's the music playing .. I loved it
Cool! I thought that video did have some good music! I recall one that I like a lot. What time stamp are you referring to? I can go back and try to find the title. I’m glad you enjoyed the video. Thanks for watching!
Great video. Been thinking about a pair of these. Will those jaws hold copper and plastic pipe strongly enough to saw and bend them? Just wanting to know if I can cover more bases than just carpentry.
You know I think those jaws will hold plastic but copper may spin. I does not have any way to tighten or ratchet down tight. I wish it did. Thanks for hanging out with us here.
👍🏻
What brand is your work gloves?
Not sure of the brand but they are sold at Harbor Freight. I just wore that pair out and purchased a new pair of the same kind.
