KATHERINE best female character in the whole show, a true queen - pure perfection! KATHERINE FOR LIFE! 😍A strong, sexy, beautiful, powerful, funny, snarky, sassy, survivor, goes after what she wants (and doesnt just whine aka Elena!), fights for her life, doesnt give up, just pure perfection! LOVE her so much! She deserved a way better ending, at least she died with the man she truly loved and in my mind they are happy together in the afterlife as she deserves!
Actually to be fair Katherine personality was only heightened as a vampire , Elena had the same fate and did things very different and actually died. Katherine has always been selfish and seductive even when she first turned and Rose told her that she's gave both her and trevor sentences she replied "Better you die than i". I feel sorry for her life and loss of her child and family but it wasnt all down to Klaus as to why she turned out the way she did, she had many chances to start over and be good after Klaus left and went to New Orleans, yet she wasted all her opportunities and even wasted a chance to have a new life away with her daughter but she was selfish again, chose to steal Elena's body, chase Stefan and use her daughter until sadly her daughter got bitten staying on Mystic Falls, which then led to Katherine finally doing the right thing and putting someone else first for once, her child, so she could be with her as she died and say goodbye. Katherine used many people, betrayed and sacrificed many friends and lovers when she really didnt need to, that was all on her not Klaus. Theres a reason she went to Hell and Klaus didn't. Katherine walked away from every opportunity for à path to redemption. We know most things she did to get her freedom but it's the way she did it. She had her baby taken away and wasted time she could of spent with her when her daughter found her.

So points are valid and show that she wasnt so innocent at all and Klaus wasnt the sole reason for how Katherine turned out and the choices she made. So I'm abit confused about ur post or maybe I dont get what you're trying to argue exactly.

My point was Klaus didnt make her everything she became and she wasnt so innocent or a completely good person at all after awhile. I'm on about choices she made, people she just sacrificed after being a vampire, when she really didnt need to. My other point to back that up was Elena had the same fate but as a person, and all her compassion, she was a much better person. I dont blame Katherine for becoming a vampire though at all or for Rose.
