With Iceborne's release, I rarely get interrupted by Bagel and its subspecies, but Banbaro, I don't know how that moose is able to survive in every map, everytime I wanna capture a monster he always goes full-on Thomas the tank engine on me and ruins my hunt, he's even worse than Bagel.
Thankfully Bazelguese doesn't interrupt your hunts in Iceborne. That now goes to Banbaro. >_< Seriously, screw him. He's the only monster that I've NEVER used his parts for anything unless it's a certain weapon upgrade I want or anything for my palico. Other than that, unless I have to capture one, I kill every single one that annoys the hell outta me. Which is a lot.

I'm really glad 4U was my entry to the series, there were some fantastic monsters in that generation that didn't make it into World. I actually haven't even bought Iceborne yet, I've been having too much fun in Generations Ultimate and I'd feel bad trying to split my attention between the two. But, of course, much like Pokemon, I think all iterations of Monster Hunter are wonderful, so I'm going to be excited to get back to the new world some day soon.

Like Gogmazios, Dalamadur, Yamatsukami, Hypnocatrice (although that only appeared Frontier and Freedom Unite), a lot of subspecies like Molten Tigrex, Lucent Narga, Copper Blangonga, The Monsters that haven't appeared since 3rd gen (which are a lot) and I probably some more that are not on my mind right now.

Ughh I wish they'd bring Leviathans into World. We're in desperate need of some more unique monsters. I miss the clack-clack-clack from Agnaktor and Lagiacrus tail slamming me.
World's upgraded platform allowed it to make some real magic with its sound design. I recognized almost every monster with my eyes closed, with the exception of Zorah, Leshen, Kulve and Behemoth (since I haven't spent much time around those four). Not faulting the older games since most of them were made for handheld, but only strange or iconic roars seem to stand out from the norm unless you've farmed something into utter oblivion and know it by heart.
I still say bullhemoth and creshen shouldn’t be included here, since they are crossover monsters and literally don’t make any sense, both in game and in universe.
