Thanks! I've found that if you are sitting right next to the amp you do have to turn up the volume a bit loud for a bedroom setting, otherwise you'll get string noise and some other ambient sounds bleeding into the mic. And of course it just sounds better in general when you can really crank it (which is how I was running it in this video).
@@williamscolaro1159 I don’t remember exactly so you’ll have to forgive me if this isn’t correct, but I believe I either turned up the gain or used a boost pedal in front, along with adding a bit more of the 750 fader on the GEQ. Then as far as post processing I probably would have added even more mids, compression and saturation.
That solo is just glorious!
Great playing !!!! 👌👏👏👏👏👏👏🤘
Awasome.. 👏👏
Great sound man! How loud is your amp to push sm57? Is it too loud for a bedroom setting?

Awesome!! Can you share settings on the mk v:25?
Ch1: Fat, Gain 10:30, Treble 2:00, Mid 9:00, Bass 10:30, Presence 12:30, Master 7:30, GEQ off, 25w.
Ch2: MkIV, Gain 1:45, Treble 1:00, Mid 11:00, Bass 8:30, Presence 12:45, Master 10:00, GEQ on, 80hz +90%, 240 +45%, 750 -80%, 2200 +50%, 6600 +65%, 25w
Thanks for sharing this. It’s definitely one of the best tones I’ve heard from the v:25 in a recording. How do you change the settings for the lead?
