If you still in Tokyo I got some good food spots for you:
Yakiniku Like (self service BBQ, chain restaurant with wagyu beef.)
Kamukura Ramen (chain restaurant with great shoyu ramen noodles)
Make sure to visit donutstores in Japan (not krispy kreme or dunkin), they have their own chains with delicious mochi donuts.
Also, trainstations usually have a standing-ramen spot with tsukumen (dipping ramen).

@peaceloveShu Shibuya Sky and the restaurant strip was under construction when I visited (summer of 2019) and Tsukiji Market didn't move as of yet.
Can't wait to go back!
