      Thats russian style for you..perfect stance and u can mold it into american style too..for example see tzyu vs forrest in amateurs..always hold the lead shoulder higher than the rear, then u will be in perfect balance, not the other way around leaning on the front foot like 95% of american boxers do

    I totally agree Sunny, KT was the ultimate professional and none of the so called legends wanted any part of him. De la Hoya called him an animal in the ring and didn't want any part of him and we know big mouth pretty boy is just scared of anyone that will have any chance of taking his 0. His career would of been over if he fought KT. Just watch all of his fight and see what he does to opponents, he breaks them down and destroys them. Best 140pound fighter of all time.

      ummm you do know they were setting up a Floyd-Tszyu fight right? Only problem was Tszyu lost to Hatton and then retired. He was going to be Floyd's next fight after the Gatti fight so he certainly did not duck him.

    • @buxerglubber2961
      @buxerglubber2961 10 лет назад +12

      Anthony Anderson
      Floyd was fighting Kotsya's left over while he was undefeated. What do you say about that? Floyd avoided him until it's time for him to retire!

    • @anthonyanderson9303
      @anthonyanderson9303 10 лет назад +5

      Buxer Blugger wrong do your research. Floyd moved up to 140 in 2004. Tszyu was injured the majority if 2003 and 2004. He had a mandatory due against Sharmba for over a year. Floyd fought an eliminator in January 2005 against Brusseles then Gatti in June. Tszyu had exactly 1 fight in that time, the Hatton fight in which he lost and retired. He was due up next for Floyd. Floyd even called him out on numerous occasions.

    • @buxerglubber2961
      @buxerglubber2961 10 лет назад +12

      Look, Kotsya was broken and old 37 years old. Floyd was 27. That's what he does, calls out old Mosley and de la Hoya when they are old. If he is the best, when Kotsya beat Mitchell Floyd should have fought him, when he beat Judah Floyd shudda fought him! Do your research! Floyd shudda fought him instead of fighting all his left overs!

    • @anthonyanderson9303
      @anthonyanderson9303 10 лет назад +5

      Buxer Blugger hey moron when Tszyu beat Judah in 2001, Floyd was two divisions below him. I hate talking to idiots about boxing who don't know what the hell they're talking about. And he called out Shane Mosley for years going all the way back to 1999 again DO YOUR RESEARCH.

Such a refreshing thing to witness in contrast to the smack talking and cursing displayed more often than not by western Fighters.

    Kostya was robbed in the Hatton fight, receiving a low blow after landing a legitimate body shot which sunk Hatton.
    Having said that, and being from Sydney, word was out that Kostya was having increasing trouble making the weight; often blowing up to 175 pounds between fights, and when he jumped on the scales at 2am in the morning in the UK facing 20,000 drunken screaming fans, he looked like a Dachau camp inmate.

He was hit by a straight hand right on the button,,, which of course Cortez missed, or chose to miss, who can say for sure? That is what caused the leg to "Freeze-up," not because of anything else? He did well until TSZYU finally figured him out and started to land, which obviously upset Mitchell, who thought he was going to have an easy victory over TSZYU? Thanks again Cortez, for another poor judging performance? Why that Ref is NOT ON the unemployment lines is a mystery?

    I feel very sad for Tszhu having gone back to his Russian roots, it wasn't them who gave him the chance and I understand people honour their heritage but you usually show gratitude at those that in spite of you heritage embraced you and gave you your chance any way. Tszhu did none of this and also didn't cover himself in any glory with his betrayal of his family, yes there may be reasons but a betrayal is a betrayal and now to have gone back to Russia to be part of a regime ruled over by thugs, despots, dictators and criminals dimishes any thought of kindess in me towards a man I once viewed as a good role model.

    I am sorry but I not agree with the commentator as he narrated this fight, Mitchel did not perform because he was outperformed, that is a simple equation. Who were the commentators? I am sure it was not Bobby Chez as he has more brains than whoever twaddled this waffle.

    Obvious from the beginning that Mitchel was scared

    Mitchell looked like a tree being felled in the 1st knockdown at beginning of round 3.

    Williams haircut should be banned it is a perfect cutting weapon and he was using it all the time, in the first fight he used a dumb reff.

    Too much wasted energy by Mitchell. Would have been a much better fighter if he'd learned to properly channel it.

    Mitchell might have done better if he had spent less time at the hairdressers
    Mitchell's defeat was welcomed by the crowd. I guess he wasn't popular.
