Can't believe that legendary Central Park concert for Bocelli was 10 years ago. CONCERTO is such an amazing live album. So interesting that concert also rained really bad but Andrea did the full show. However yesterday, midway through Manilow. Thank god it didn't stop during Andrea's set. No one messes with this iconic angelic voice.
Jennifer Hudson's voice as well as that of Bocelli, are gifts from God. Jennifer has a head voice but only uses it to punctuate her music. Just like Bocelli can sing in different styles and languages. You see here that Jennifer can too. Without a doubt she can sing opera. Jennifer should do an Opera album singing soprano, mezzo, contalto, tenor, baritone, and bass arias in her own key. Absolutely she could do it. I'd love to hear Jennifer do the Habañera from Carmen. She already had a smokey voice so it would be amazing. People are ignorant if they don't understand Jennifer Hudson is among the best singers in the world. Just like Bocelli. Please don't criticize gifts from God because it can get petty. Like it or not, Jennifer needs to record all she can because voices don't last forever...
