The living room showcases a large, cozy chair, perfectly complementing the beige and monochromatic theme, while a vibrant tropical wallpaper adds a refreshing burst of nature. The Seamless doors which blend into the walls which seem to be this company's trademark is an excellent design feature for small apartments.
Any reason some of them have handles and some don't? Probably the handles are for those doors which need to be locked I guess!
A suggestion to increase the utility between the kitchen and the dining space would be to have a window opening in the wall between them with a hinge door through which you can pass the dishes to the dining table. This can be closed and blend into the wall when not in use. For this to work, the platform which is currently holding the stove in the kitchen should be the service platform and the stove should be transferred to the other parallel platform.

1. The main door looked a bit narrow. Was the client ok with the width?
2. Could cover the outer door as well. It looks like there was some work done.
3. Excellent placement of shoe rack - multifunctional - visual separation, close to door.
4. The layout map is very thorough including dimensions for thin elements like curtains as well.
5. The center table in living area is one of the most common furniture piece but it looks so good.
6. Big chairs in a small living room - does it look overbearing? Couldn't make it out in wide angle camera lens.
7. The living room tropical wallpaper with wall moulding is very well done.
8. TV unit storage finish is very clean.
9. Hidden doors are not really hidden tbh. If you would use louvre-styled finish the door gap is invisible.
10. Grooves to avoid cracks between heterogenous materials - great tip
11. Mandir unit is unnecessarily jutting out, given there was a abscess in the wall. It hinders the curtains of living room.
12. I was hoping you point out the lighting effect on the lustre painted wall in dining.
13. Was one side of the kitchen counter narrowe than the cooking side? If yes, that is a very good idea for space and usability.
14. Good balance of drawers and storage units in the kitchen.
15. Could have used the space above dishwasher for the microwave unit instead of so near the sliding door.
16. Kitchen sliding door with frame outside serves as a design element. Very good.
17. Master room in 9x9 with such layout - kudos to the designer(s).
18. The finish for sliding wardrobes are super clean. Many sliding wardrobes look shabby in design with slight bending issue as well.
19. Please do show balconies as well briefly.
20. Very nice crockery unit in dining. Wall lights are also looking pretty.
21. Daughter's room - false ceiling looks great with profile lights.
22. Kitchen - could have added profile lights under loft units.
23. Daughter room bed with raised platform was a poor client requirement, makes the room pretty crowded.
24. The jute finish kind of texture to the sliding wardrobe here looks amazing.
25. Kindly show the washroom as well.
26. Side storage in wardrobe looks clean - since the sliding door extends to full and it is difficult to notice the side unit.
27. Storage room - Should have planned to use the wall abscess for storage. If you tried but it did not work, then it's okay else it was an easy win there.
28. Hidden storage for mop - ingenious!
29. Curtain with palment and split AC indoor units and linen curtains, looks very elegant. In fact furniture selection is awesome in general.
30. Living room false ceiling - slight change suggestion - minor rounding of false ceiling would increase the premiumness.
Few questions -
1. Do you recommend central AC or VRV with casette AC in smaller apartments like this? Please consider installation cost (excluding AC cost), electricity bill, premiumness/looks and comfort (quick cooling, direct wind blowing on you) and maintenance cost/effort.
2. What steps can be taken in interior design to make apartments more sound proof from residents above you and from the street level noise outside?
