I love Zoologist perfumes and concept, it seems Elephant fits the collection well done. The clear musk and green notes sound great. My favorite are Panda and Hummingbird.
I love Elephant. It is a very "Vegetal" Green on me and it'll like the elephant ripping apart the greens of the tree with its truck. Love this scent! Great review Dahlia abs Sebastian and congrats to Victor
Magnolia flower is so beautiful to wear in the summer season for its green citrusy floral scent . Beautiful review & I find elephants very smart & very gentle creatures 🐘 🐘 🐘 great giveaway !
I really like flowery Hummingbird and Dragonfly. Panda and Camel is really great too, just sometimes a little too much animalic. Stoked to try new releases, if Elephant is in fact patchouli in incense bomb, then it will be definite love for me. EU/Lithuania
I haven't tried any from the house. I'd love to try Elephant because I'm planning to visit the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust soon, and I think the elephants would appreciate my scent 🙂 I live in Kenya 🇰🇪
I haven't tried Elephant yet, but your description of it makes it sound delightful. Sandalwood is probably my favorite note, but the Darjeeling tea could be interesting.
Have tried the Samples. Amazing. The "crushed leaves" analogy is true to description. Its a beautiful perfume. Must buy for me. the review confirms my opinion of a perfume that captures attention. While it may not project huge, the silage, longetivity and the notes are a blockbuster.
So far the 2017 Panda is what i like from their line. I am intrigued with elephant with that coconut milk note. Hope i get to win the 10ml. Great review!
Dalhia great minds think alike. When I first read the notes in description. I immediately thought not African elephant, but Asian elephant. Haven't tried anything from Zoologist yet. I'm most interested in how the Darjeeling tea and the coconut play together. This would be an awesome win.
I just got my first Zoologist today which is my fav from the house (Panda 2017) and now i want to try Elephant too cause the coconut milk note has got to be amazing!! i wish Elephant every good luck for the award!! xx Love from Pakistan.
I think it was on Fragrantica, but somewhere I saw two new fragrances from Zoologist. They were Hyrax and Moth. I really like Elephant, but I think my favorite Zoologist fragrance is Civet.
Elephant is awesome! It is very smooth and as you said - gentlemanly. I get loads of coconut, green leaves, and creamy sandalwood (coconut milk does add more creaminess to it).
Elephant smells like leaves slathered in cocoa butter. Macaque is far greener to me. My favorites are the new formulation of Beaver and Bat. There are two new ones coming out that I received samples of in the discovery kit called Moth and Hyrax that are really interesting too. Can't wait to see what other people think of them.
I have tried Elephant and I think your review is spot on. It’s very green, like freshly crushed leaves. I think it’s a little too green for me but I’ll try it again in the warmer weather. Panda is still my favourite from the Zoologist line. Nightingale is also really good. Its probably one of the nicest rose scents I’ve smelt but I find it leans more feminine.
Really enjoy your collaborations with Dahlia. I have not yet tried any zoologist fragrances but look forward to doing so. I enjoy green notes and have a magnolia tree outside the dining room window. such a soft lemony, velvety, but also crunchy smell. Always reminds me of casual summer days.
I've only tried Zoologist Hummingbird. Elephant sounds amazing. Zoologist has one of the best concepts and artwork to accompany their fragrances. Their new release Moth looks very interesting.
I tried a sample of this. Absolutely gorgeous, and it’s rare for me to love green fragrances. I’m thinking the coconut note softened the sharp green notes. It worked beautifully in the hot humid weather in Hawaii. Would love to have a mini of it for when I return to Hawaii this fall for my honeymoon!
Smelling Great Fragrance Reviews Yup, reserved my spot - Cant wait for the meet up! Planning to finally purchase Musc Ravageur that day... it’s been on my want list for a few years now!
I've been hearing a lot lately about Zoologist perfumes, but haven't had the chance to try any of them. I love green fragrances, especially now in the spring. I think the coconut milk note makes the composition shine. Would love to try Elephant or Civet. Thank you for a great review. EU.
I too adore this one!! I bought a bottle the day it was released as I had received a sample when I purchased my bottle of the original Panda. I would say that I smell the tea, coconut milk and rich greens of the fragrance. I do get the magnolia as well now that I think about it. My favorites from the line would be the original panda, camel and elephant. I am super excited for the release of Hyrax and Moth in the upcoming months and cannot wait to try them out as well. Thanks for the review :)
Nice review! I watched with big interest because I am not familiar with Zoologist perfumes. I think base of this perfume is nice and strong- sandal, patchouli, insence, musc.
Enjoyed the collaboration and review of this fragrances. I haven't tried any new Zoologist fragrances in quite sometime (Rhino is my favorite) would love to sample this "green" one here in Virginia.
I have some samples, I love Elephant smell and its very long lasting on me , I also like Panda. I also have Beaver, Rinocerus and Camel to try. I live in a very hot weather and im trying to find the best one for me before buy the full bottle.
I adore green scents and have been hoping to one day try Elephant, I am most curious as to how the placing of "tree leaves" "incense" and then "musk" extracts will play out in Elephant, the entire concoction already is very interesting and would be honored if chosen! I currently own Bat and Camel and let me tell you, they are COMPLIMENTED and HEAD TURNING LITERALLY. I am not afraid to try bold and diffrent scents and I tire of the same old rasberry and vanilla that they give women in most brand name perfumes but when I discovered Zoology I was capitvated by the imagery in the descriptions for the scents, loved how the notes are broken down so you know exactly all that you are experiencing and to bring it all together the imagery of each animal on the bottle is so creative! Nature is truly a wonderful and captivating part of our lives that we so often disregard in day to day living, Zoology helps bring the beauty of all those nature documentaries right into a bottle that you can wear and indulge in all day. I've already turned on so many of my co-workers and friends to this brand. I hope to see Zoology flourish well into the century
I have smelled and love this. Fresh, green, coconut, sandalwood. I love tea fragrances, but don’t get a lot of tea in this. So excited for their nomination. CA
Rhinoceros is awesome IMO... top quality and worth the price. Would be interested in trying more from the house just don't have the coin in the wallet for that lol.
I'm still sampling the Elephant, so far it is the most wearable scent from Zoologist (without animalic surprises). My most favorite one is Panda 2017. I wish if there would be a bit more patchouli and incense in Elephant, but i really like that watery molecule in both Elephant and Panda. Looking forward to Moth and Hyrax!
Haven't smelled a lot of Zoologist but my favourite is Bat. It would be interesting to smell a more subdued/cozy scent from Zoologist like Elephant. How they blended the green elements with the cocoa would be nice to see.
I’ve tried quite a few of Zoologist fragrances. Have been wearing Macaque recently but am really excited for elephant. Coconut milk sounds intriguing as note. It’s been a while Sebastian:)
I totally get the elephant coming through the trees thing Sebastian. Good use of imagery. For me, it's the magnolia that really pops - that and the green coconut goodness with a bit of spice. So far my favourite from Zoologist would have to be Panda, but this is a close contender. Haven't tried Camel so that one is still on my list! Canada.
I'm gonna try all Zoologist perfumes at the end of May. I'm going to visit Krakow and a perfumery there has the line. Can't wait, since I wasn't lucky enough to win any sample giveaway of this house :( I'm most excited for Civet and Camel, tbh, but I've heard only good things about all their perfumes. I'm in Romania :)
Only tried it once a few months back; It's a greeny like Macaque, which I felt was well done. I prefer Macaque personally, a frag that seems to be liked in FragComm, but doesn't get a ton of "love," I imagine because of the greeny not being a popular genre. Elephant was nice, but I just got a straight-up intense green from it without any movement; I'll have to try it again. I give everything three tries. Cheers Sebastian.
Great review, I'd love to tell you what I think of Zoologist Elephant. Unfortunately I've never had the pleasure of this scent as yet. I haven't seen it in stores here in England. I'm sure I'll get the chance soon. Because this video it'll be the first I'll try and then Camel and Panda. Thanks guys, keep up the good work
recently took a trip to new Orleans. I brought samples of several fragrances with me and wore it on the warmest day (it was cooler than expected). For some reason this is the only one I remember wearing. I thinking that makes it bottle worthy because after all, what's the point of scent if it doesn't trigger memories of great moments. The day I left new Orleans I was packing away clothes and my shirt smelled of this thing. Green beauty.
Great video 👍🏻Until now the first 2 favourites of mine are civet and camel. Elephant sounds really interesting. Thank you for the draw, i live in the EU.
great review! From the notes mentioned in the video i love magnolia and jasmin as i'm really into white flowers. Darjeeling tea is also a favorite drink for me, but i dont know how it might smell as a fragrance note. I've also heard it's a super "bitter" fragrance, and if it's true, i love it even more as i really like that bitterness vibe in fragrances.
Great review guys !!! Love it when you collaborate. Elephant sounds amazing to me because of the green notes, it's sounds beautiful and zen! My favorite types of fragrance 🐘🌱🌴
This sounds amazing. I love all those notes. The two that stand out to me personally the most are Darjeeling tea, and Incense even if they are not the stand out notes. Beautiful review as usual, love your visual description of what it reminds you of.
I've never tried any Zoologist fragrances yet. I am a big panda lover, so I had always wanted to try that one. But in the past year, I've been learning about elephants (I follow someone on twitter who posts about an organization that rescues elephants) and I am intrigued by the human quality of them. This sounds like such a lovely fragrance - so fresh. Yet, I'm intrigued by the incense note, trying to imagine a fresh fragrance with spicy elements in it. I really hope to win this, as I've been wanting to try something from the Zoologist line ever since learning about them.
I enjoyed this video, thanks guys!!! I'll never tested Zoologist Perfumes, but I am familiar whith thair candles. i do not love green perfumes, buy I like that fact, that this perfume has jasmin, tea, patcouli.
Great review Sebastian!!! Love the channel. Unfortunately, I haven't had the opportunity to experience any Zoologist fragrances. I have always wanted to try these due to the great reviews I've heard. Hopefully one day I will get a chance to.
It's an amazing review and also rooting for it to win, sadly I haven't had the chance to smell any fragrance by Zoologist but I'm guessing the creaminess should be the touch I'd like from it.
Great review sebastian! I would love to try this I hear good things about zoologist and I love that they are natural and don't use any animal products. I haven't tried any but I really wanna try beaver as vanilla is my favorite note and I know it's in there. I am in Arizona l. Keep up the good work!
Camel is my favorite... This sounds interesting tho.. I like woody fragrances as well and the greenness that is described in this sounds wonderful, I'd love to try it..
I enjoyed this review a lot. I have a discovery set of Zoologist. I like civet and panda. I might like this one I am in to green fragrances lately . Thank you.

Zoologist is one of my favorite house. This and imaginary authors. I have Chamelion, Dragonfly, Hummingbird and Nightingale. I’ve looked at Elephant and it sounds very different from the ones I have but coconut, green scents, sandy, earthy, fresh are great for me in the heat of Florida. This on top of a gentle scent really intrigues me. Thanks! USA Just for fun how about sloth? LOL!
My Favourite From Zoologist Is Civet ( Leathery ) ; I Don't Own Though , Hopefully Will Get Someday . Elephant Made My List (Fresh Green ) Also , Great Informative Video . Thanks
Fabulous review. My current favorite zoologists are CIVET (magnificent ode to Rochas' Femme) and Dragonfly (similarly an ode to a classic, I feel - Apres L'Ondee by Guerlain). The house is exquisite and built around such a clever, imaginative concept. And the high quality of the fragrances is reflected in the fantastic presentation. I'd say for the WHOLE package this is easily my favorite new niche house. I hope they win everything there is to win! I wish I had smelled Elephant, but somehow didn't when in Bloom (London). I adore green fragrances so I am dead curious about this one.
Have a sample and at first wasn't wowed by it but will try it again. I did enjoy the green note but the coconut not so much. Would love to give it a full wearing over time so please enter me in the giveaway. Am in Florida in the US.
Would like to compare this to the greenness of Ambergreen and other Oliver&Co which are also green to my nose like MOUSSE. Is the coconut note here similar to the one in Virgin Island Water?
I'd like to see a full review of Andrea Maack's Coven! Just putting that out there. I have a sample & I love it. I always put a little dab on before bed so I don't know about longevity. Lol

Your review of Elephant sums up pretty much what I get from this scent. It is my favourite from the Zoologist line, it is absolutely lovely ☺💜
My favorite is Camel; I love the green freshness of Elephant.
I love Zoologist perfumes and concept, it seems Elephant fits the collection well done. The clear musk and green notes sound great. My favorite are Panda and Hummingbird.
While Zoologist Civet is my favourite Elephant is a close second. To my nose this is a very green scent with tea a it,s primary note. Wonderful stuff!
After this review, my interest just reach the highest level. Green, fresh, tea, all these look so good. Thank you.
Would love to get my nose on Elephant. Excellent review.
I find the elephant image art wholly amusing! Tree leaves with cocoa and coconut? What an interesting mix.
I really like flowery Hummingbird and Dragonfly. Panda and Camel is really great too, just sometimes a little too much animalic. Stoked to try new releases, if Elephant is in fact patchouli in incense bomb, then it will be definite love for me.

I haven't tried any from the house. I'd love to try Elephant because I'm planning to visit the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust soon, and I think the elephants would appreciate my scent 🙂 I live in Kenya 🇰🇪
I haven't tried Elephant, but have smelt Panda before. It is the well dressed animals on the bottles that draw me to Zoologist.
Canada.
I haven't tried Elephant yet, but your description of it makes it sound delightful. Sandalwood is probably my favorite note, but the Darjeeling tea could be interesting.

Darjeeling tea, cocoa and magnolia, sounds interesting. I never tried this house yet. Looking forward to a sample first...

Thanks for the review and giveaway. I would definitely like to smell the darjeeling tea note as that sounds pretty fantastic.
Haven't smelled anything from this house cause it's hard to get your hands on here, but would love to. This sounds very promising. Great review!

Fun review and love the rapport. Thanks! I have not tried any Zoologist cologne. I hope to pick up a green scent for the season.

I´ve never tried any Zoologist and would love to smell the elephant one because of the coconut milk and incense.
Sounds nice!
Great vid Sebastian, as usual. My fav frag from this house is definitely Dragonfly.
I’ve tried quite a few of Zoologist fragrances. Have been wearing Macaque recently but am really excited for elephant. Coconut milk sounds intriguing as note. It’s been a while Sebastian:)
Dhalia is always such a classy, fascinating lady!
Elephant & Panda 2017 are by far my favorites!
I definitely pick up to cocao & coconut milk. I sooooooooo much green. I'm in love with Elephant.

Sounds like a great scent! I love those notes. Thank you both for the review!
I need to get a few samples and try them out! Nightengale especially.
I am having withdrawals as I am not able to try much new perfumes after moving back to India.
Nice review. And Congrats to Zoologist!!
I have a new found interest in fragrances and I'm looking forward to trying this. Love the review & Dalya's warm, genuine smile makes it even better!
Sampled this but the longevity is around 6 hours for me which is kind of a downer. But other than that, it’s a humid, green, and clean scent.
Great review guys !!! Love it when you collaborate. Elephant sounds amazing to me because of the green notes, it's sounds beautiful and zen! My favorite types of fragrance 🐘🌱🌴
It sounds wonderfully. I would very like to try it.
This sounds amazing. I love all those notes. The two that stand out to me personally the most are Darjeeling tea, and Incense even if they are not the stand out notes. Beautiful review as usual, love your visual description of what it reminds you of.
My kind of green fragrance, my holy grail.

Wow coconut note sounds interesting great job on reviewing it guys
Great review sebastian! I would love to try this I hear good things about zoologist and I love that they are natural and don't use any animal products. I haven't tried any but I really wanna try beaver as vanilla is my favorite note and I know it's in there. I am in Arizona l. Keep up the good work!

Dang ya made coconut note sound good. Great review guys
Fabulous review. My current favorite zoologists are CIVET (magnificent ode to Rochas' Femme) and Dragonfly (similarly an ode to a classic, I feel - Apres L'Ondee by Guerlain). Great review sebatian , i love cozy fragrances, those type of it relaxing me. 🙂

Always get excited when I see you two :)
My favorite is Nightingale
Dried down reminds me of Dune by Dior 😊
Enjoyed the review. Haven’t tried this or any other Zoologist fragrance. Would like to check them out one day. Thanks✌🏻
Lol
LOVE COVEN, perhaps we shall review it! :)
Smelling Great Fragrance Reviews it definitely deserves more attention! Love your reviews btw. Keep up the phenomenal work!
Thank you. Did you see Coven on my Green list? here it is: ruclips.net/video/o9nnAi7069M/видео.html
