    If one has to wait for 15 years then it is better ti invest in small caps which will make you rich after 15 years and you will have liquidity too.

      Srisailam highway is the best you can get 2 acres of land, and recently govt also announced metro to kandukur for pharma city so best 💯 and big companys like myhome, aparna etc acquiring lands in maheshwaram too

      Banglore highway, because the IT is coming from Karnataka, they cant afford inside Hyderabad, because of high land prices in major IT areas, they want to expand their businesses from the outer broader of Karnataka. So it will be a better option to invest in Banglore highway, edhi naa suggestion. Okala more details kavali ante cheppandi brother.
