    Kongara kalan is the KING of South HYD, surely prices will reach 90k / sq yard in no time .... REASONS WHY : 1. 1km to ORR , Orr exit raviryal exit 13... Now metro is sanctioned from airport to 4th city,. Green expressway 300 feet road passed through kongarkalan. 2. nearly 3km to mangalpally 5 engineering colleges. Universities , Bharat college. 3. Within 400 meters ranga reddy new integrated collectorate office . 4. All are 200 feet wide roads laid. 5. Nearly 100 HMDA genuine layouts all over the stretch. There's no normal GP layouts , 90% of stretch from mangalpally to kongaraklaan we have only HMDA layouts. 6. Growth zone. Gdpz zone. 7. In between srisailam and Sagar national highway. Connects both national highways 8. 3km to adibatla TCS, 10k already enployement is there. 9. Near to tata aero space sez. 10. International biggest airport shamshabad is just few minutes away. 11.       @VikranthKumarRealEstate Firstly Maheshwaram is a well established town with schools, registration office, well known temple, banks etc and a mandal unlike kongarakalan. Like foxconn, in maheshwaram we have various companies like Wipro consumer, malabar, capsgold, delor, cygni energy and lot of sez land available for more companies. Maheshwaram to srisailam highway 6km away if metro line comes up. Number of Villa communities like tranquil, prajay, fortune, Mythri etc are more near maheshwaram. Kongarakalan still seems like outskirt, maheshwaram doesn't.

      Maheswaram is totally dead end , if thukkuguda area is expanding then residence will come adjacent to orr towards shamshabd or bonguloor exit.

      @@sreenudorasala109 Maheshwaram is 8 km away from Tukkuguda exit. Bongloor exit is 14 km and Shamshabad is 16 km from Tukkuguda exit. Maheshwaram already has around 6 companies and a lot of sez land already available in Maheshwaram EMC. For residential people prefer Maheshwaram as lot of R1 zone available and nearer to Tukkuguda exit and for commercial ORR exits will be preferred. Shamshabad exit and exit 15 has lot of GO 111 land. So consumers may not want to risk their money. This is my analysis..

      From ur video I do agree one point which is not to go beyond Shadnagar , people can consider investing till Shadnagar, but I recently visited Suketana project which is 30min from Shadnagar ofcourse adi baga interior place lo unna venture but still I see aa layout almost complete ga konukunnaru but I don’t recommend to go and buy in that kind of interior places , overall I can say people can consider buying plot around 1-2 km of Shadnagar surroundings
