I’m 27. Cyberchase was a big part of my childhood. This show was everything. I’m a little disappointed that modernization of PBS Kids has thrown this show down a little bit, but this show was the pinnacle of my childhood.
i just hate that got a little bit trigger happy with the shading using toonboom studio. like holy crap man, didn't need to soft shade EVERY SINGLE FRAME!

RIP Gilbert Gottfried. Digit was my favourite as a kid. I’m in my late 20s now and will always remember being so exited to watch the next episode after school. He was a huge part of my childhood and this show was absolutely amazing. Rest well, you will be extremely missed.

I don’t… really know what to say. I’ve been gracious enough not to experience much loss in my life thus far, but this is something I’m struggling to handle. Cyberchase was my special interest as a child and such an interest persists into my adulthood all these years later. I grew up with these characters, they’ve helped me learn and relearn math, I’d watch this show non-stop because it was one of the only things my Mom let me watch. I wrote fanfictions, I created OCs, all the dumb cringey stuff a child does. And through to my teenager years, I continued watching this show, as math has been something I continue to struggle with. I’ll probably even watch it again soon. I’ve cried several times over the past few days and I don’t suspect that’ll stop anytime soon. Digit was my favorite of the cast. Gilbert Gottfried, you will be missed, truly. Thank you so incredibly much for the lessons and entertainment you provided. Rest in peace, wherever that is.

I just graduated from HS and in one of my classes last semester there were these other seniors that’d watch wild kratts and wordgirl in class and ship the characters and say weird things about them so I guess if you don’t go crazy with the characters you’re fine (not bullying them for watching the show, they’d just say inappropriate things about the characters and literally everyone in the class could hear them)
Man... This show may not have been the best imo but, it did such a great job at teaching kids the importance of life and things like math and environment. Rip Gilbert Gottfried, your Digit was such a friendly and adorable character that always made me happy. And thank you Cybersquad, Slider, Gilbert Gottfried, Harry, Bianca, and everyone else that worked on this awesome show. 😌🙏💖
