I’ve just starting watching adventure videos. I like to spend a lazy day watching these as I relax. My favorite 3 are Lost lakes, Xander Budnick, and Eze adventurer. You deserve many more subscribers and they will come with quality content like this. Just an amazing job with the trip and the production of the video.

That has to be one of the best videos I've ever watched on RUclips mate. That entire scene of getting off the water to set up camp, watching the clouds roll in and the rain approach. You had Laura shouting at the TV "He's left the lid off his barrel" Then when the storm hit, on my word! Top class filming.
Thank youuuuuu!! hahaha yeah apparently quite a few people have been shouting at the TV re the barrel lid LOL!!!! So silly hahaha but honestly was one of the best moments of the trip, man I felt so alive there and so grateful my tent had held up and my canoe was still with me!
Day 6 and 7 you got your but kicked. However you maintained composure, admitted your mistakes and ultimately continued on your Yukon river journey. Well done.

Love watching these longer solo movies. Again I commend your bravery, Eze. Even in the thick of it when things seem dangerous you keep your head on you. Such an inspiration. After the fact you have tens of thousands of people watching, but when you're our there alone do you ever get nervous? I know it brings you such peace out there, but man thinking about it sometimes gives me anxiety 😂
I had that nervous "I'm alone feeling" earlier in my adventures, mostly in the beginning, but now I really don't ... I think talking to the camera helps!

Just went through both episodes back to back , incredible journey , and my best outdoor adventure video of the year yet that I have seen ! I'm looking at Jim Baird's trip in Yukon at the same time , but you beat him 10 to nothing for entertainment , even if I like him a lot . When I saw you in the tent during the hail storm and filming , I saw the barrel open , I was yelling , " the barrel the barrel ! " When I saw no movement from you to go outside and close it , I said to myself , it must be empty ...oupsy, it was not 🫣 . Looking forward for the next one , thanks!

Yeah mate, I was in between bringing my dd 3x3 tarp and the amok hammock one, the extra tarp would have been nice, but to be honest I was happy with what I brought, less faffing around and quick deployment of camp, and packing away etc
@@EzeAdventurer I hear you! quick deployment and tear down is key especially on trips like this where you covered so much ground. I use a tiny asymmetrical tarp that came from a hammock (Hennessy asym ultralight?? I think??), great thing about is it only has 4 tie out points (ridge line and 2 corners), makes for super easy setup and takedown.

Stunning trip Eze, Yukon really is something else!!, I’m a bit behind on the series, I don’t get much chance to sit still for over an hour often…that weathers no joke at times is it!! loved the time lapse at end with the storm incoming…quality editing as usual 👌🏻
Welcome to the wild weather swings of the North American Mountains! I hiked in once in shorts and 70 degree sunny weather, then woke up to 5 inches of snow the next day. Good tent to make it through that.
I have really been enjoying watching your Yukon trip videos. THANKS! Someone may have suggested this ny now, but if you orient your tent and canoe parallel to the wind, it will be much less likely to cause damage, allow rain into your tent or send your canoe into the river. Thanks so much yes indeed the tent orientation should have been parallel, I was so caught up in filming and scrambling with every minute counting that I barely had time to think at all (hence forgetting the barrel open lol!). Glad you liked it and hope to see u on the water!

Eze, it’s rain, not lava! Put on your rain gear and paddle. It’s a river not some huge wide lake. *okay, that one at 1:09:00 I’d have sought shelter for absolutely! 22:30 isn’t it funny how the more firewood you saw, the longer the pieces get? 😆
Yeah it's not so much the rain itself, it's more the threat of what's possibly coming, and some stretches of 10-15km without any proper shelter / camping options can make you nervous about continuing on the river etc! haha re the firewood.. totally!
Welcome to wonderful Canadian weather, gotta love it! It can be quite scary though. I was on a smallish mountain range once when on a multi-day backpacking trip and was stormed stayed due to a hurricane that passed by off shore. I must admit though, as scary as it was, it was exhilarating! I am betting this will be a trip you will never forget and perhaps you will go back! I hear once the Yukon gets a hold on you, it is not easy to separate from it. It is definitely on my bucket list, let's hope I get the chance! Wonderful Part 2, thanks for sharing. :) :)

Very nice, enjoyed part two as much as the first. Can't wait for the next 😊 Funny to see you eat Drytech food from us here in Norway, Real Turmat. It is our go to dry meals of course, never seen it in been used in videos outside of Norway. You use the same paddling gloves as me, you can see them in my Femundsmarka film and some other videos on my channel. Good to see they holding up on a grand expedition in Yukon 👍You should do an adventure here in Norway some day. Have a nice day man 😊

@@EzeAdventurer Lots of places wich is quite spectacular here in Norway, but the wildest parts of Norway may be Børgefjell or the perhaps some parts of the highlands of Northern Norway. But Jotunheimen National Park and Femundsmarka National Park is a favorite of mine. Since you like to paddle canoe, then I can recommend to drive to Käringsjön in Sweden wich has canoe rental, and start your adventure there and paddle into Norway through Rogen Nature Reserve and Femundsmarka National Park. A fantastic trip wich can be done in a week or so if you take your time and enjoy the fishing and nature.
Looks like you had the time of your life! That wild mixed weather is the best kind you can have - for all those beautiful shots you got but also just to be there as the weather changes is so beautiful. I used to use the same tent back when I only had one dog, so I'm very familiar with that view! Great job on the fishing too!

And it's honestly been with me on close to 60+ nights of adventure in very diverse climates, still doing well. Super tent :-)
Amazing trip to a very wild part of the world. Having lived in the Yukon for 3 years I certainly felt nostalgic watching. I was a lot concerned by your choices of such open exposed campsites in that weather. That hail storm could have ended your trip. Also surprised that you did not see moose often along the river banks. Looking forward to more!
Thanks so much! Yeah to be honest the availability of camp sites was quite limited.. and I wanted to keep progressing. Treed campsites were few and far between, and the bugs were pretty horrendous. Yeah the storm could have ended the trip, but the tent did exceptionally well and I was in high spirits for most of it! Me too regarding the Moose, I was expecting to see many

last weekend i was for 3 nights at wilderness..it was less rain but more wind..we setup tent feet side against to wind..that point more safe and less shake..because feet side more narrow than head side..and you should turn your canoe narrow side against to wind that point will not move

Thanks so much, no I wasn't so worried to be honest, I think it would take a lot of rain to move the needle much over this quite large waterway system. The storms tend to be pockets too and they move through the land, so it's not so so much water overall

Enjoy all your videos. Great camera work. You explain what you are doing, why, how. I have a question though. Why do you wait so long to do something about the mosquitoes and black flies? You have all the netting, bug juice, yet you let them go at you like vultures to a corpse..

After the fact you have tens of thousands of people watching, but when you're our there alone do you ever get nervous? I know it brings you such peace out there, but man thinking about it sometimes gives me anxiety 😂
I had that nervous "I'm alone feeling" earlier in my adventures, mostly in the beginning, but now I really don't ... I think talking to the camera helps!

Just went through both episodes back to back , incredible journey , and my best outdoor adventure video of the year yet that I have seen ! I'm looking at Jim Baird's trip in Yukon at the same time , but you beat him 10 to nothing for entertainment , even if I like him a lot . When I saw you in the tent during the hail storm and filming , I saw the barrel open , I was yelling , " the barrel the barrel ! " When I saw no movement from you to go outside and close it , I said to myself , it must be empty ...oupsy, it was not 🫣 . Looking forward for the next one , thanks!

Pretty nice trip Eze, should bring a small tarp for those sudden rainstorms. Then you don't need to be confined in your tent for cooking 😅
Yeah mate, I was in between bringing my dd 3x3 tarp and the amok hammock one, the extra tarp would have been nice, but to be honest I was happy with what I brought, less faffing around and quick deployment of camp, and packing away etc
@@EzeAdventurer I hear you! quick deployment and tear down is key especially on trips like this where you covered so much ground.
I use a tiny asymmetrical tarp that came from a hammock (Hennessy asym ultralight?? I think??), great thing about is it only has 4 tie out points (ridge line and 2 corners), makes for super easy setup and takedown.
I know exactly the one you mean, I had it too same brand but something chewed the ends off in my garden lol!!@@DerekSOutdoors

Welcome to the wild weather swings of the North American Mountains! I hiked in once in shorts and 70 degree sunny weather, then woke up to 5 inches of snow the next day. Good tent to make it through that.

I have really been enjoying watching your Yukon trip videos. THANKS! Someone may have suggested this ny now, but if you orient your tent and canoe parallel to the wind, it will be much less likely to cause damage, allow rain into your tent or send your canoe into the river. Thanks so much yes indeed the tent orientation should have been parallel, I was so caught up in filming and scrambling with every minute counting that I barely had time to think at all (hence forgetting the barrel open lol!). Glad you liked it and hope to see u on the water!

Eze, it’s rain, not lava! Put on your rain gear and paddle. It’s a river not some huge wide lake. *okay, that one at 1:09:00 I’d have sought shelter for absolutely!
22:30 isn’t it funny how the more firewood you saw, the longer the pieces get? 😆
Yeah it's not so much the rain itself, it's more the threat of what's possibly coming, and some stretches of 10-15km without any proper shelter / camping options can make you nervous about continuing on the river etc!

Welcome to wonderful Canadian weather, gotta love it! It can be quite scary though. I was on a smallish mountain range once when on a multi-day backpacking trip and was stormed stayed due to a hurricane that passed by off shore. I must admit though, as scary as it was, it was exhilarating! I am betting this will be a trip you will never forget and perhaps you will go back! I hear once the Yukon gets a hold on you, it is not easy to separate from it. It is definitely on my bucket list, let's hope I get the chance! Wonderful Part 2, thanks for sharing. :) :)

It is our go to dry meals of course, never seen it in been used in videos outside of Norway. You use the same paddling gloves as me, you can see them in my Femundsmarka film and some other videos on my channel. @@EzeAdventurer Lots of places wich is quite spectacular here in Norway, but the wildest parts of Norway may be Børgefjell or the perhaps some parts of the highlands of Northern Norway. But Jotunheimen National Park and Femundsmarka National Park is a favorite of mine.
Since you like to paddle canoe, then I can recommend to drive to Käringsjön in Sweden wich has canoe rental, and start your adventure there and paddle into Norway through Rogen Nature Reserve and Femundsmarka National Park. A fantastic trip wich can be done in a week or so if you take your time and enjoy the fishing and nature.

That wild mixed weather is the best kind you can have - for all those beautiful shots you got but also just to be there as the weather changes is so beautiful. I used to use the same tent back when I only had one dog, so I'm very familiar with that view! Great job on the fishing too!
Cheers bud, totally agree. Love the variety of the weather, makes everything so unique and interesting, I loved every second !!! It's a great tent, I think massively underrated given the price. And it's honestly been with me on close to 60+ nights of adventure in very diverse climates, still doing well. Super tent :-)
Amazing trip to a very wild part of the world. Having lived in the Yukon for 3 years I certainly felt nostalgic watching. I was a lot concerned by your choices of such open exposed campsites in that weather. That hail storm could have ended your trip. Also surprised that you did not see moose often along the river banks. Looking forward to more!
Thanks so much! Yeah to be honest the availability of camp sites was quite limited.. and I wanted to keep progressing. Treed campsites were few and far between, and the bugs were pretty horrendous. Yeah the storm could have ended the trip, but the tent did exceptionally well and I was in high spirits for most of it!

last weekend i was for 3 nights at wilderness..it was less rain but more wind..we setup tent feet side against to wind..that point more safe and less shake..because feet side more narrow than head side..and you should turn your canoe narrow side against to wind that point will not move

Thanks so much, no I wasn't so worried to be honest, I think it would take a lot of rain to move the needle much over this quite large waterway system. The storms tend to be pockets too and they move through the land, so it's not so so much water overall

They accidentally forgot to put it and I didn’t check it ! We are all very excited and talking about river route etc but the company is fantastic, would still use them again super friendly
Enjoy all your videos. Great camera work. You explain what you are doing, why, how. I have a question though. Why do you wait so long to do something about the mosquitoes and black flies? You have all the netting, bug juice, yet you let them go at you like vultures to a corpse..
