Yes you can. Make sure to talk to someone at the bank that's familiar with business banking. I've had experience with personal bankers telling me that I cannot do it but you 100% can open a business bank account in any state.
In this case, the LLC is anonymous to the public (people won't be able to see your personal info when they search for the LLC) When you apply for business credit or loans, the info submitted to the bank or lender won't be public info.
