The link to the legal docs doesn't send you anything. No Operating & Partnership Agreements, NDA's and Service Agreements, or Financial Statements and Business Plan Templates. I was sent the KPI's and Product costing sheets.

Incfile will not do it.
You can do it yourself or with an accountant. But it’s state specific so I wouldn’t expect everyone to know.
We have referrals to vetted accountants inside the membership.
Otherwise. Ask for referrals from respected colleagues or start searching for small business accountants

So you recommend doing LLC first or obtaining EIN first?
You would need a registered business entity to get an EIN.
LLC first. you gotta type in your llc name when you apply for the EIN

You have 90 days to report you have an LLC if not you’ll be fine $500 a day.. maybe I’m saying the word wrong.. but yes it’s true.. haven’t you registered your LLC

if you are referring to the recent ruling from FINRA, it went to the supreme court and was thrown out. As of now there arent reporting requirements BUT it might be something we have to do in the future so im prepared to do it.
when it becomes law you can access the finra website and submit your application there.

how many days it takes to get ein form bizee and yea,i sign on ss4 it 33 day ago and give 50 dollar extra ,they did in just 6 days, it is date of my formation in Florida 06/06/2024 - 06/12/2024 it get 100% complete but not get ein right now
