Well Part 3 fits Persona 3 the best in general. Persona 3 leans more into the tarot cards than the later entries and Koromaru and Iggy exist.
Part 4 and Persona 4 have the small town mystery and Parts 5 and 6 and Persona 5 have the whole crime thing going (and Part 6 and Persona 5 have an inmate protagonist charged with a crime they didn't commit (Jolyne would at worst be charged with tampering with evidence and accessory to manslaughter if she was properly accused)) on and rebelling against corrupt authority figures. It does beg the question of what Persona 6 will copy from Jojo's lol.
