I’m here to tell you WVU rally has played that soft shield defense . We can stop the run but we choose to play every down vs the pass , which makes our defense better at tackling later in the season . I’m hoping WVU just starts trying to stop the run every week instead of playing that shield defense and hold everything in front of them . Word is that if we do try and stop the run that it will loook like warm ups and every team we play will score in the 50s on us
I’m telling you couz and WVU fans , we have a shot to win this . This is the same game as playing Pitt except ok state has no confidence . That’s the key to today’s game . Ok state is a tough shot in the mouth from folding today . If WVU comes out and hits ok state right in the mouth and gets up on them , it could be a long day for the pokes . WVU can break ok states back by leading the game and getting a turnover or a blocked kick or anything the nature to go up by 2 scores and 2 possessions . WVU is a win right here away from making things real interesting in the big 12 title race. I firmly believe a win here will make the road to the title go through Morgantown and WVU can take the cat bird seat by winning these next 3 games . It’s all up to WVU who nobody believes in to make them believe again . A win here welcomes first place isu in Morgantown next Saturday night for a battle of first place on the line in front of a sold out hostile 8:00 pm fox crowd . Let’s go mountaineers ! If Neal brown manages to win 7 games this year and a bowl game and keeps his job , it’s up to him and to WVU who is tighter than a snails ass to go out and hire a defensive coordinator that can win at WVU . If we score 35 points every game we got left we may not win a game . Is that not pathetic ? Does anyone not get tired of that ? That’s why we got rid of holgs and brown won’t last another season with talent on defense that goes to the nfl that can’t stop air . WVU should win at least 75/80 percent of their games scoring 35 ppg . That’s just facts man . And if we can’t then I want a new coach and def want a new d coordinator next year no matter what

It always seems like when Ok State is struggling they seem to get right against us or just right before us. Hopefully not this weekend

Bowman gets rid of the ball in 2.1 seconds and if you cover for 3 seconds he is not very good. If we cant cover for 3 seconds our db's are in trouble.
