Hi Pam😁🙌The customer service may have been late for so many reasons, so you're doing the right thing to forgive them. That Stapelia is wonderful😌I have Stapelia gigantea and wow the flowers are huge. Your Rhipsalis paradoxa is so beautiful🥰👏I do have a rhipsalis pilocarpa that grows rather fast Pam. It even grows in Winter too. I enjoyed watching☺️🤲💖
Happy New Year 🎉 glad you got your plants safely, but if it were me I wouldn’t order again from that seller- communication is key! Looking forward to a video about your shelves. 👍🏼🌿😊
Hi Pam, Love your.channel and this video! Thank you for sharing these wonderful plants. They have a unique beauty that is all their own. Can’t wait to see updates on them in the future!🥰. Regarding the seller, and this is just for me personally, I would give her grace and order from her again. I’ve never been comfortable judging a person/company by one unfortunate occurrence/mistake. One occurrence /mistake is not a pattern in my book, it’s a mistake. I admire good customer service and a lot of it can be taught but the people who really excel in good customer service have a gift in being able to smooth the waters and alleviate the customer’s concerns. I know what it’s like to wait on plant mail and to have concerns for the plants when too many days have gone by since being mailed out but I assumed the risk when I placed my order for the seller to mail the plants. After ordering I sat back and hoped for the best. It can be nerve racking but for the right plant I will take the risk.🥰. Wishing you much good luck in your future orders. 👌🪴🥰
Hi Pam thanks for sharing your final haul for the year 2024. I love love cacti and succulents as these are my first love and now Hoyas are up there too. The red and pink moon cacti are gymno - caly - cium just break it down and its easy to pronounce ❤
I would give the seller grace since it was December and she had good reviews. I would expect a response within a couple of days but in this instance I would give her another chance. Happy New Year Pam. Hope 2025 is a blessed year for you.
Hey, Pam - nice haul! As for the Etsy seller, I wouldn't go back. I'm glad the plants were okay, but that was a lot of luck, in my opinion. The fact that she didn't even offer you a little discount on a future purchase seems wrong. Customer service is a big deal. Happy New Year! 🥰💚🪴💚
Hey Lady! HAPPY NEW YEAR! Let some time go by and see if you want to buy from that seller again when you want another plant. If you feel after time has gone by uneasy about buying from this seller again then follow your gut and DON'T DO IT. Have fun, HAPPY PLANTING!
Happy New Year to you Pam! Love your haul and I have some of these plants. The paradoxa is easy to propagate so I would cut her up to get a fuller plant. They all grow slower in the winter but take off with hot weather.
I’m all about customer service it’s the reason why I really don’t order from anyone other than Gabriella‘s, Steve’s Leaves and, Plant Haven Toronto. Oh and Happy New Year 🎉
Hi Pam. Happy New Year. Now! That seller should be sending you a special FREE plant if he/she is truly sorry. Now that is an apology. Good luck using them again.
The delayed response from the seller may be due to the Holiday season. Sounds like she did follow up with you although it wasn’t within 48 hours. I have had fast responses from most Etsy sellers as well but I would try to be understanding because of the time of year. In the end, I wouldn’t think too much of it because she did reach back out to you 😊 That’s just my opinion on the situation.
@@jessicabellone913 I appreciate everyone opinion. It always help me to see a different perspective outside of my own. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

Hi Pam, Happy New Year.. Love your new Euphorbia . I also am beginning to be a fan. I was able to get a few. They are hardy plants, not fussy at all.

I intend not to go back to the seller. But I will keep viewing what they have to offer. Sometimes life happens
