No, I happen to love braids! It’s just remarkable how the straight look changes you so drastically! (I have curly hair and everyone except ME likes me to straighten it! Which I never do.😂)
You're right. It can change you drastically. You know it all boils down to what style you are comfortable with. After all it's your hair.

Hi Pam😄🙌Wow, that Anthurium and Hoya🥰I know exactly the feeling getting to see a plant with ones own eyes for the first time☺️🙏I remember a place I'd go that was close to my workplace and sold gems, crystals and ornaments, and it had a glasshouse with Hoya for sale and I was so excited😄🙌I bought a lot of Hoya from them. I enjoyed watching🤲🌟

I need to repot mine in a crawler pot definitely! Thanks for the info🧚🏾♀️🧚🏾♀️🧚🏾♀️
Yes, putting it in a rectangular planter was a game changer for me with growing out this plant. If you decide to change it, let me know how its working out for you and good luck with growing your plant.
Gorgeous ❤
So beautiful, you and the plant❤
Thanks, I'm really happy with how it's growing.
❤❤❤❤
Love the hair! Hoya Carnosa & Australis I must have them all.
I will be going back to my braids soon. Those hoyas are super easy to care for and very beautiful with so many varieties. I can see why you choose them.
U and your gorgeous plants 🌱 are looking great 😊
Thanks for watching! Thank you for the kind comment.
OK Miss Pam! I don't know which to look at first...the plant or your hair!!
Thank you. I will be back in my braids soon. I know I shocked a lot of people with the change in style.
It’s a beautiful plant if the planter is plastic do a planter extension take a similar pot silicone glue together with a soldering iron remove the glued together side add soil using the removed side as a slat until you can fill the whole extension pot (a old woman’s hack may not be pretty but it works)
I think the hack is a great idea. The only issue I have is space. I don't know if the space will accommodate the size. However, if and when I downsize, this tip will be a great asset for me. Thanks for sharing. I hope anyone that has the space does this and let me know how it turned out for you.
Beautiful plant beautiful hair….
Thanks! I really love this hairstyle, but it won't last long.
Pam, 96 Hoyas is a major collection. How do you keep track of them all? I have 30 Hoyas and I am stretched. You are Super Women Hoya grower.
Good question. I think for me since hoyas don't really require a lot of attention. I just make sure they have the proper light situation. Some grow fast, some don't and I'm ok with that. I water them when they have completely dry out. At least for the majority of them. I do have some hoyas that I find to require more water. They are only a handful so keeping an eye on them would be like my other plants.
Pam, that Calathea O., is stunner!💚🌱That is a prize winner. Can’t grow a begonia to save my soul. I have cut whatever is left of my begonias and am sticking them in water. Your Begonia M. Is gorgeous. That Pep. Looks like it was grown in a greenhouse, magnificent!
Thank you. I am really trying to learn from all of my planty mistakes. Sometimes it's a success story and other times it can be a horror story.
Pam, I have been letting my struggling plants go. I am with you on working with the ones that love me. My Hoya krohniana black is such a consistent great grower and flowering Hoya, I am taking cuttings and growing more of them. My Hoya multiflora is a trooper, never a problem. My Hoya obavata and Kerrii are my best growers and least maintenance. I find that my Philodendron monstera is such an amazing plant. It is approaching 6 feet high by 6 feet wide, with gigantic leaves. My variegated Dracaenas, also are stars, they grow all the time and are among my top 10 favs. I also am growing all my African violets under glass. Since have been growing them under glass, they grow very symmetrically and I barely have to water them. I did switch all my special Philodendrons, Pink Princess Black Cherry, White Knight, and White Wizard into self watering pots with shagnum moss poles. I consistently mist any new leaves, and this prevents any crisping. Purge away.🌱💚 I Agree with all your purges. I had to trash one of my Rhaphidophoras, it was just to large. I got rid of my Aglonemas, any I buy just decline to a few sickly leaves. They’ve been trashed.
