Madness Project Nexus - Civil Protection in Nevada

I better get my perks after this.
A quick little cosplay build while I record some other fun stuff for future videos, this time of Civil Protection-3650, also known as Bad Cop. Unfortunately Wilson could not join in. I could have spawned in one of the robot butlers to help, but his absence is better than him exploding five seconds into a firefight.
