Behind the scenes: concept study drawers - increasing productivity with robotics automation

- This short video is the result of a small but fine study on increasing productivity in the production of drawers. The idea: a Felder FD 21 dowel hole drilling machine is automatically loaded and unloaded with individual drawer parts by means of robotics, the result: an increase in quality and productivity and, finally, more profit!
The solution shown is a concept study and currently not (yet) available in the Felder delivery programme. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information on increasing productivity in your company.

Interesting concept, 🔝 now we just need a slightly bigger robot in conjunction with the Format4 D-Jet and automatic barcode scanning for program selection. 😊 (or camera with object detection and identification) after all, AI is constantly evolving.

IMPRESSIVE! Clever interaction between humans and robotics. One could certainly use this "small" automation smoothly in some of the manufacturing steps to free the most important resource, the human being, from simple work.

Wir lernen G-Befehle in der Ausbildung zum Tischler für die Bedienung einer CNC.
Dabei haben wir nichtmal eine CNC 🤦🏼♀️😅
Und ich bezweifle, dass man bei einer CNC welche die CAM Datei bekommt irgendwelche G00, G01 ... usw. eingeben muss 😂😂

Ich sehe es von zwei Punkten… cool Profitmaximierung, die Maschine ersetzt 3 Angestellte zu oh das Ding kann nur Sachen von der Stange. Handwerkskunst gibt es hier nicht mehr… Think different!
Schubladen 'von der Stange' haben mit Handwerkskunst nicht viel gemein. Das ist industrielle Fertigung und in Zeiten des Fachkräftemangels durchaus eine Option.
@@reinergruhle diese „Option“ mindert den Fachkräftemangel nicht. Im Gegenteil, es ist nur etwas aus der Massenproduktion. Handwerkskunst, mit allen Facetten wird hier nicht mehr bedient und das Können und das Wissen des Altgesellen/ Meisters geht ab hier verloren. Diese Option endet wie in USA mit the Toolbelt… jeder hat ihn, keinem nützt er etwas…. Baugruppenzusammenfüger helfen dem Sterbeprozess der Handwerkskunst. Gerade heute erst auf der Hausmesse bei Felder mit einigen Kollegen besprochen… die Tradition trocknet weg, das Wissen und dessen Weitergabe verschwindet. Und jetzt Du mit deiner „Option“…. hau raus dein Argument…. Profit um jeden Preis?
