Yeah, who knows maybe we will do a skateboarding specific video one of these days but definitely wanted to put this video out there just to help connect the dots between ATG style training and board sports. And these exercises (and more) for sure will not only help with current competitors in board sports, but also recreational riders who just want to keep enjoying the sport that they love.
It seems like this would apply to skateboarding too; I love skateboarding and I love fitness, so I'm always interested in ways to train for both!
