I think it was a mix of being scared and playing a more active type of vr game. I did play in succession from game to game and recorded at different parts of the week so I def got my rest afterwards 🙏

Also the heart rate monitor I used was the Garmin Hrm Dual through Pulsoid so it might not be as accurate as higher end heart rate monitors!!
